When we arrived we paid 100€ for deposit with the credit card they told us at the checkout that in 3/4 days the money will comeback to our account…they didn’t sent it and also didn’t respond to our emailes I’m so disappointed

Staff exceptional, felt at home and looked after. Rooms a great size. Good breakfast selection, fresh food and drink. Roof is incredible. I stayed first solo, then also part of a family of 5 with kids. Both stays were exceptional. Shower pressure could be stronger

We loved the bed the most! I slept 12 hours solid our first night the staff were really helpful and kind. As a Brit abroad the air conditioning was our salvation too❤️ The pool was a bit smaller than expected and always busy but we did go in peak season so we do understand
