Location was great! Very central to the big tourist attractions we came to visit. We had windows in our room, however they looked out at a cement wall. Kinda bummed about that. We were hopi g for a city view, but ah well.

Great location, spacious rooms, excellent facilities Noose in hallways

Excellent stay! And excellent location!

The staff was very helpful and nice!. The people at the front desk and the people at the restaurant were super sweet! The only thing i didn’t like was that they are listed as to be a hotel with a gym and the gym was just 5 sets of dumbbells up to 5kilos and 2 bicycles.

Location Bad internet in our room since it’s at the bottom floor. Loud noise from upstairs you could hear walking , moving chairs , tables would wake us up in the morning was that loud. Lights in the rooms are dull Cost don’t equal the value , won’t stay again or recommend

Rooms extremely small

Great size room for the price. The executive room is actually a suite. The room is actually the second floor of an old apartment building on Carrer de Balmes. Yes the hotel is located in several buildings and it was a bit of a maze to get to my room. The staff were very helpful. The safe didn't work at first so someone came up to fix it. I left my charger when I checked out but they held it for me when I returned to Bcn the following week. I shall definitely stay here again

Very good

Location near restaurants. Friendly and polite reception desk service. Very loud in the rooms. Everything echoes. Hear water running in the shower and drains in other rooms, people talking everywhere and heels on the floor upstairs. I needed ear plugs. Lots of glass, metal, and ceramic.

Superb

The big rooms and quiet location, nice with two masterbathrooms in the apartment. The pool was not clean and not heated. No windows with view from the apartment room.

Great location although not many facilities within the hotel

Exceptional

I was awakened around midnight by the sound of cascading water and when I turned on the light, I saw water pouring out of the ceiling onto the floor above the bathroom door. The staff responded right away, and moved me to another room, but this experience was quite unsettling and left me disappointed in what otherwise seems to be a very nice hotel.

Good location, decent-sized rooms, modern bathrooms. - Poor room noise protection. - Bar wasn't staffed properly. - Breakfast options were limited. - Charge for extra coffee, even for long stays.
-
Bed size wasn’t suitable for my height. There was only one power outlet in the room, and its location was not very ideal.

The location is perfect - close to public transport, easy to catch taxi, close to biggest shopping spots as well as most famous Gaudi houses The standard southern "not really closed" windows - you can hear outside (cars and bikes, and I reckon terraces in summer) very well. While behind closed doors you can't really hear your neighbours, when people speak in the hallway, it's so loud&clear as if they spoke in your room. I'm a light sleeper and specifically looked for a quiet place; maybe I should've read more reviews. However, earplugs mostly fixed the noise problem for me.
