Great location, lovely rooftop pool. Wonderful staff Dark corridors (black walls) were Claustrophobic and stuffy. Payment of rooms goes against booking.com own policy (ie pay hotel direct via bank transfer). This alerted me to fraud. In this case legitimate but if the hotel, or your account is hacked then beware!!! My friend lost £8k in a similar scam. The hotel really should ask for payment via booking.com rather than bank transfer.

Great location for sea and Las Ramblas Pool closes at 9 a bit early in summer.

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! Very close to the centre and about a 5-10 minute walk from the metros. Super view at the top where the pool area is! Also we were able to store our bags there and still explore on our last day which helped us a lot!

The room was spacious, the staff was so helpful and the roof top pool was an added treat to cool down and relax each afternoon before heading out for the evening. The pool bar was very reasonably priced. Close to the metro and the main shopping street for food and drinks. Convenient shop and cafe just next door for snacks and coffees. The only negative was it was about a 25 min walk to the beach area, but this was a lovely walk and would not change us booking again.

The location is very nice and close to the port, although the neighborhood feels a bit sketchy. There is no fridge or any other room facility. The hairdryer gets extremely hot and switches off after only 2–3 minutes of use. The windows cannot be opened because they are covered with shutters.

The view from the pool was incredible The air conditioning was very weak. The room wasn’t very cold at night.

The staff were so nice. Always greeted with a smile. The breakfast amazing. Spoiled for choice actually. Hot and cold food. There was absolutely nothing we did not like. We only stayed over for one night before our cruise.
