Had a pool, however I think it could have been cleaned better Thin walls, and never get the basic room as it really has no window (the window in the basic room looks onto the corridor)

The location was perfect Rooms were clean & served their purpose No trash bins in the rooms, there was only 1 small bin in the bathroom which wasn’t convenient. I requested an additional one but they didn’t provide one.

The checkout time is until 12:00pm which is a very lovely touch. Allows one to sleep in or explore the city before checkout

Lovely hotel. Clean, excellent and friendly staff. Roof terrace with bar and pool (quite small but pleasant). Excellent breakfast. Fantastic location with lots of restaurants within a short distance, and easy to get to the centre of the city. If I were to criticise anything it would be that the doors are poorly soundproofed and noise from the corridor and adjacent rooms is easily heard.

Fabulous location, walking distance to many attractions. Staff were exceptional and welcoming, providing us with amazing recommendations for places to eat and also a great flamenco show. Loved the champagne and pastries in the foyer during the afternoon - always wonderful to come back to after a day spent roaming. The rooftop pool and bar was an another bonus. Would definitely stay again! (in fact, we did come back for a night after travelling to Madrid and Pamplona before flying home). Nothing, was perfect.
