Location. 45 minutes delay to check-in. Despite late check-in time of 3 PM, room was not ready. Relatively modest family room for 300 EUR per night without breakfast. The staff was not particularly motivated to resolve any issue. Overall, the only advantage is location, cost/benefit ratio is mostly poor. Presumably, better options can be found in Barcelona downtown.

The Hotel was so central. We could reach it with the Aerobus straight from the airport with a short walk to the hotel . We were greeted by friendly staff. We found everything to be clean. We purchased the optional breakfast which was delicious and good value for money There was nothing to complain about

The historical vibe was nice, location was great, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. Check out very confusing as they were handling incoming guests at 10am.

Beautiful building with updated bathrooms in a great location. The floors and main area of the room were filthy. It was obvious that they have never cleaned the floors. The toilet in our bathroom was leaking.

Very good location. The room is nice and clean. Received Welcome snack and drinks. Nice shampoo and lotion, supply toothbrush and toothpaste, hair brush ,shave tools. Very good. One of my friend's beds is not comfortable. My double bed is very good.
