A little dirty, found a few hairs (on the chair, pillows, bathroom). Not enough water available in the rooms. Restaurant service was rather long, we had to wait for more than 15 min for water.

The location was great with a view of the city. Our room was on 11th floor which gave us a great view to the Sagrada Família. There were two shopping centers in walking distance and good local restaurants within reach. mployees were helpful and polite. I was not impressed with the Hotel. However, I booked the Hotel knowing that it is part of Marriot Bonvoy and carrying Sheraton names, but I was disappointed. The towels were worn, Breakfast choices were limited and quality was not great. I doubt I come back again to that hotel and will think twice when see Marriot's name.
