The staff was great! Very nice people and they have the best burger I have had in the last 10 years. Their rooftop experience with the bar and the view was great and they went out of their way to accommodate me and my brother on my trip. They gave me a chocolate chip cookie and a bottle of blanc de blanc on my birthday. I don’t know how they knew it was my favorite bottle to drink but they knew. No place I stayed ever did that before and the gesture was touching. I only wished the refrigerator was a little cooler and it made ice but other than that everything was fine.

Clean room with complete facilities and nice interior design. Room service was excellent. Great strategic location in the city centre, close to Casa Batlló, shopping streets, metro, cafés, and convenience stores. Staff were polite and approachable. Bathtub drain wasn’t working on the first night, the water wouldn’t drain. Had to call reception, who sent the maintenance team to fix it.

Most of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Sabrina ( at the reception desk) was outstanding - very patient and kind. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast room was nice and light. The shower was decent - had both a hand-held spray and a rainfall shower head. Our "view" was depressing. The small window looked out over a vacant area in the center of the building - there was no natural light whatsoever and it had an ugly view of the elevator shaft. The room was fairly small, but the worst thing was the ugly view with no natural light. It really brought down the quality of the room.

The staff were so no ice and helpful The breakfast was insanely good and great value We had a room with a pool, which was pretty expensive but so awesome to have There was mould in our room - we didn't notice until the last night quite late, but it was pretty bad. If we had noticed earlier we would have asked to switch rooms. We weren't offered any kind of comp as an apology or anything, which I thought was a bit off considering how much the room was.
