Good location for the port and La Rambla. There was construction noise all around

Everything was good.

Expensive for what it is

Location Room was very small

The location is in the heart of the Rambla Small rooms and the price is expensive regarding the quality of the breakfast

When we told the desk that we had to leave to catch an early train, they weren't willing to watch our bags for us while we got breakfast. They also would not let us have the breakfast early (not even coffee) when we had prepaid for this. This wasn't at all exceptional. We should be eligible for a refund for a breakfast that was paid for and not provided.

Good location. Room could have been bigger.

Location Gave us a room that the AC did not work the safe box did not lock the water temperature in the shower was impossible to control.

Location A small room and a small bed and not good for two person

location was fantastic / room was great as well and the workers were eso nice

Close to restaurants, the hop on/off bus tour and cruise terminal

The location was excellent, the staff very helpful and pleasant.

AC was very weak

Hotel is close to La Rambla, a lot of restaurants and tourist attraction within walking distance.. metro is also easily reachable by walking around 3mins in which you can use to reach all the famous tourist attractions in Barcelona. We visited during summer so it's a big like for the aircon that functioned very well since it was very hot outside. We had problems with hotel room card and had to have if reactivated 5 times since it didn't work.. there is also a foul smell coming from outside if you open the window in the bathroom (which u have to choose to open or close since the bathroom doesnt have an exhaust fan)... and the sink drains so slow...they also dont offer slippers in the hotel.

Very good location for shopping and access to Waterfront . Good value for the area . The staff were helpful with local information . There was a lot of construction going on at Las Rambla , which made access to the property a bit difficult and there was a lot of noise and dust outside . However, that is not the fault of the hotel .

Thin floors and walls allow for significant echo. Apartments would benefit from some floor covering for sound attenuation. But if you're a heavy sleeper, or tolerate ear plugs or white noise machines, then you're golden. Our layout had 3 kitchenettes, which was overkill. The one in the middle should have been changed to a bedroom.

The hotel facilities and room were very well decorated and modern. The overall hotel quality, cleanness, and staff were outstanding. There is a lot of constructions and road work near the hotel and it felt unsafe to walk around during the evening/night. It was not really comfortable to go out during the evening due to the local work and streets being closed.

The location was easy access to the water front and most attractions in city. The price was costly
