It is a nice hotel, a bit pricey I think ... I understand is really centric, but lately this area is not nice anymore, is a bit dirty around noise and you don't feel safe, many people drug addicts or rabdom people around.. I did not like the surrounds of the hotel is quite noisy, dirty, unsafe.

The bed was big and comfortable and the bathroom was nice and clean. We didn’t like the neighborhood.

Very clean hotel with polite and respectful staff. The room key card always stopped working.

Clean and organised The location is bad, it’s in a very rough area and we didn’t feel safe at night.

Rooms were nicer than expected. Complimentary slippers, large fridge, large tv however not many English channels or option to screen share to watch things like Netflix etc. large bed, comfy pillows. Good toiletries supplied in bathroom. Location is good, close to everything in Barcelona on foot. Felt slightly unsafe outside of the hotel due to the range of intoxicated homeless people, however this isn’t the hotels fault.

The hotel itself is nice, rooms are comfortable and spacious enough. The staff is friendly and check-in/check-out was easy. Our kids loved the snacks (especially marshmallows) in the lobby with water that is available for guests. The location is not ideal. It didn't feel entirely safe to walk around with kids especially in the evenings. Also, there were blue police lights flashing outside the window for most of the night which even with the blinds closed were visible. Someone (probably a child) was running back and forth across the room above us at 2AM and it disrupted our sleep.
