Amazing location, very clean and room was very comfortable Nothing to say

We chose this hotel over the other ones because of the rooftop bar we were very disappointed that it was closed we even considered staying an extra night but apparently it was closed the next night and a couple of other nights throughout the month and apparently they don't tell anyone about that.

Staff was great very accommodating rooms for clean. Location was great highly recommend

Sagrada familia basilica view
-
We loved the view of Basilica of the Sagrada Familia from the rooftop bar/restaurant. We also enjoyed the room's space and cleanliness. The staff were very helpful and friendly and worked with our semi-proficient Spanish fluency. The shower was very luxurious. The bathroom had heated mirrors to prevent condensation - while this is a lovely feature in theory, the heat was so high that you could feel it radiating off of the mirrors in the bathroom and it actually heated the room overnight lol.

We enjoyed the idea of roof top bar however the level of service/attention was lacking.

The location is perfect, we’re very close to the Basilica and very accessible to all places because the train station is walking distance. I asked for the room cleaned everyday which was fantastic, we came home every night with the bed made and had towels replaced and bathroom clean. Thank you ladies! It’s very minimal but the impact is big. The spoons were dirty, it wasn’t cleaned or replaced everyday, surprisingly, for the entire time we were there. The body wash container was not refilled, they just add water everyday so we’re washing with the water body wash liquid soap. I didn’t want to complain at that time because I was afraid that someone would do something bad to our stuff so we just kept quiet.

Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was very spacious which made our stay very comfortable. Rooftop bar was an added bonus, stunning views. Breakfast was delicious and high quality every morning, though I would have loved more variety from one day to the next. Stayed for 6 days and the breakfast was the same ALL six days. Location is great. Around the corner to Sagrada Familia and many restaurants. The hotel finishes within the room were very outdated. The bathroom had visible mold, & that was disappointing. Additionally the shampoo dispenser did not work and was never replaced during our stay. With some renovations and better attention to maintenance, this property could easily become an outstanding place to stay.

There was only one working elevator, making it slightly inconvenient a couple of times because so many people at certain times of day have a lot of traffic. But that is it, very pleased with the overall experience.

The location was great. One block from the metro and the church, and next door to a small laundromat. At the time the menu for the rooftop dining was very limited.
-
Location and nice staff Outdated and very small room. Their famous rooftop is actually quite small, only for taking photos.

One of the biggest highlights was the beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar. Hotel guests don't need to make a reservation in advance—you simply call the reception, let them know you'd like to visit the rooftop, and they'll inform you of the available time slots. The rooftop offers breathtaking views of La Sagrada Família, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal, have a drink, and take stunning photos. The food and drinks were excellent as well. The location couldn't be better. The hotel is only about a 50-meter walk from La Sagrada Família, with the metro station also just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring Barcelona. If you're planning to stay here, I highly recommend booking a room with a Sagrada Família view if available. Waking up to that iconic view is truly unforgettable. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again.

This must be one of the most beautiful locations ! The view of the Sagrada familia in insane ! The rooftop bar is amazing with friendly waiters serving all sorts of delicious cocktails & a really nice bar menu for food. What I really appreciated was that the hotel guests were made a priority at the roof top bar. They did allow visitors but did not cram the bar so it was always felt relaxing & not like you were trying to get a picture of the view. The rooms were very basic. The beds were not very comfortable & the bedding also not such a great quality.

Great staff and amazing view
-
Beautiful. The rooftop bar has the best view but make sure you make a reservation because they do allow people that are not guests to dine in

We liked how close it was to La Família Sagrada. The room was dusty, not very clean at all, no additional blankets , towels or pillows, tv didn’t work, blow dryer didn’t work, staff wasn’t the most helpful.

Great location near Family stuff Bed not perfect
-
The staff and ease of check-in were great. The location was good as it was within walking distance to the Familia Sagrada the fact that we could side one side of the church from our hotel windows was a huge bonus. The room seemed to have been refurnished but the contractors missed painting the lower walls/baseboard by the window (easy to see from the bed) and the shower entrance opening was very narrow. The tile looked like it wasn't finished by a craftsman.

Absolutely amazing view of the Sagrada Família in a great part of town, accessible and easy to find. Delicious breakfast. The hotel could use a little maintenance but the room was clean.
