Almost everything. Rooftop was wonderful. Lifts were not the best. No window to open.

Everything is perfect there. They upgraded our room to the best one that we didn’t expect when we arrive midnight and got known that we had bad time at the airport—baggage lost during airport ground strike.

It was a good location and some staff were lovely Some staff were really unfriendly and made us feel like we were putting them out (breakfast hosts, waitress was lovely though) and the unfriendly door sign was off putting with a sad face if you wanted breakfast after 9.30..... it's a holiday, who rushes to get up early.... The furniture in the room didn't match up and everything was very tired and scuffed up from the chair to the bedside tables to the handbasin, it was all open plan with the bathroom, the shower was glass and in the middle, visible from every point in the room, horrendous, I asked if there was any other and was told all rooms at our price point were the same, they offered to put a cover on one side of the shower......

The location was excellent along with the staff. The decor was very dark and shiny and the lighting was not good. The corridors were very dark, not great for accessibility and there were only 2 lifts which were very small for the size of the hotel. The breakfast also let the hotel down, overall we felt the price per night didn’t reflect the hotel standard.

This hotel was perfect! From the moment we stepped thru the front door, we knew that we had made the right decision. The staff is outstanding! This was our first time in Barcelona. This hotel is in the perfect locaton and walkable to many great sites. Awesome breakfast on-site. This is a perfect start to your Barcelona vacation. This is a perfect hotel. Nothing to complain about here.

The whole experience was great, Lovely hotel in a good area, All the staff were lovely and keen to help. Good food I liked everything about this hotel If i had to nit pick the lifts were slow.

Staff were excellent. Loved the rooftop bar and pool Only one chair in the bedroom- strange for a double room- so nowhere comfy to sit. Little housekeeping niggles- fridge didn’t work (was quickly replaced), one of sinks didn’t drain (didn’t report as didn’t want work men in room), lighting in room extremely dim
