Location, staff, amenities, the room was spacious and comfortable. Some rooms are a bit darker than others, they don’t have as much light.

The entire stay was wonderful. The hotel is very pleasant and in an excellent location. It offers all the necessary amenities, is very clean, and I would definitely recommend it. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive. on the last day the elevator broke down and this caused slight inconveniences.

This hotel is a hidden gem. Although it is situated in a lively, high-traffic neighborhood, the soundproofing is excellent, and the room was a quiet haven. The highlights of our stay were the incredibly comfortable bed and the delicious breakfast spread, which offered a fantastic variety of choices. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the staff. They are warm, attentive, and made my birthday extra special by leaving a bottle of cava in our room. We will definitely be back!

The location was excellent and made it very easy to get around the city. I also really appreciated that the hotel accommodated my early check-in request. I had informed them through Booking.com that I would be arriving earlier than the standard check-in time, and my room was ready when I arrived, so I did not have to wait at all. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a hairdryer and other essential amenities. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean and well-maintained. I only stayed for one day and one night, but everything went smoothly, and I had a pleasant experience overall. The main disappointment was that there was no complimentary drinking water in the room. I believe this is a basic amenity that guests expect, and its absence was noticeable. I was also not particularly happy with the view from the window. Instead of facing the street or a more pleasant area, the window overlooked an inner courtyard, which looked somewhat neglected and untidy. This was only a minor issue, but it did affect the overall impression of the room.
