Location and the view were great, safe and convenient for sightseeing. Reception: The man at the reception kept sighing when guests arrive to check in, instead of smiling.... making the travelers regret about booking. Very hot in summer: No air conditioner was installed (or was it turned off?) in the cafeteria/breakfast area. It was too hot to enjoy a late breakfast, so recommended to eat by 8am... in summer. Power outage: Experienced 1/2 hour? of power outage on a hot summer day (35℃+), meaning potentially one could be staying with no air conditioner. Staying with a prepared mind could help.

The location was great. Right by La Pedrera and a few minutes away from Casa Batllo. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everyone was clean and the room was quite spacious for 3 guests. There was a strong bathroom odor in the room when we arrived. It was summer, hot and once we left the window open for a while the smell disappeared. There was no need to move rooms.

the room was very spacious and clean. the view was over the Gracia street. the location was more than perfect close by to many attractions and shops. Fernando was very helpful and every time I asked for instructions on how to get to an attraction he took the time to print out the best transportation method to use and the area I need to reach. I felt very safe during my entire stay. honestly value to what you receive is pretty great. location, staff and cleanliness were all great. my personal experience I didn't find anything I would want to point out as "needs fixing".
