Good facilities

Perfect if you’re there to go to the beach! 15 minute taxi ride to the city center. A great place to stay if you want to be away from the chaos in the downtown.

Staff was friendly and profesional. Security at the front of hotel always helpful and greeting everytime and made feel welcome! Window did not close properly. Bugs heat and humidificador kept on getting in. Hallways smell es like humidity. Thermostat would not shut off, leven could not detect when it was off.

The service

Early morning noise from nearby rooms. No blankets on the first night; replacements were mismatched and unpackaged. Coffee pot was washed in our bathroom and returned for use.

The location They didn’t provide much in the room, no slippers, no water. And when I asked for some plates and knives from the restaurant they refused.

Love the neighborhood and a comfortable clean well equipped property with friendly helpful staff. On the expensive side

The pool bar is now closed and the overall space feels a bit neglected

We paid a lot of money, and they only let us check into our room two hours late. We just sat in the lobby for two hours. Also, in the morning, housekeeping came in at an inconvenient time for us, without even knocking or waiting outside the door.

restaurant very good the Mattress is not comfortable, is like a 4 out 10, they dont have changed the bathrobes for 3 days until i asked it. in general three days without cleaning.

I am blind, and usually the most difficult part for me in hotels is the buffet. However, here I had absolutely no problems. A staff member named David would always greet me, ask what kind of food I would like, clearly explain the available options, and bring everything to me. This made the whole experience incredibly comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I especially appreciated the accessibility features — there were Braille labels on boxes containing items like tissues and cotton pads, as well as on the safe buttons and on the shower gel and shampoo. Additionally, the elevators were well adapted, with Braille-marked buttons and voice announcements indicating the floor when arriving. The room doors also had numbers written in Braille, which made navigation much easier. This is honestly the best hotel I have ever stayed in, and I would highly recommend it.

Bugs in the bathroom. Damp and musty smell in the room. The walls and the floor were affected by moisture. The coffee sachets were already opened, and had been left in the room.

Excellent breakfast! Great location to visit Barcelona. I loved the size of the room, very spacious and great for travelling with friends or partner. I travelled with a friend and therefore, we used the bed as two separate single beds, but for some reason the cleaning staff put our bed together everything single day. Therefore, every single night we had to separate it. I would prefer that they tided up the bed but left it as they found it.

Fantastic hotel — modern, clean, and with an exceptionally friendly reception team. The room was great, with a well-thought-out design and setup. Even the gym was impressive. I stayed for 11 days and thoroughly enjoyed it! N/A

The location was great, the staff was friendly. That I couldn't control the AC - building seems to be all heat or all AC and it was on heat. My family and I were quite warm.

Not that close to the city center but ok, sad that pool is closed for winter season
