Proximity to Sagrada Familia Cathedral. Security of hotel. The pool was very small ! If I was to guess, maybe 5 meters by 10 meters. Dial on air conditioner was worn out so it was hard to set the correcttemperature, if set in correctly the heater kicked on...

The location of the hotel is very convenient, close to metro stations but also reasonable distance to gothic quarter. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Room was clean and decent overall. Pool albeit very small was a pleasant way to cool down in the August heat. So it's the little things like, there was a kettle in the room but no socket to plug it in so we kept it under the little table also clearly decor designed by a man as there isn't a decent mirror by which one can do make up except the bathroom. But if like myself travel with 2 other girls, that bathroom mirror simply isn't enough. The continental breakfast is very basic. Honestly you'd be better off going to a Caffè round the corner.

The staff were lovely, room was spacious and clean. Attractions were not too far away, 30 mins walk and transport links around. Lots of shops and restaurants around. The swimming pool area was quite small, limit number of sun beds. Would benefit from having maybe a little bar or snack area

One night stay for visiting Sangrada Familia and moving over to our trip. Nice breakfast and good location in the city center There was nothing like that :)

Good central location near the Nord bus station and Arc de Triomphe. Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Instantly gave us a new room when the first one disappointed. Breakfast was excellent. Only concern was that the air conditioning made everything - clothes, shoes, bedding - feel damp. Everything in our room felt damp from the air conditioning.

We were there for one night before going to the airport. It's only a few blocks from Sagrada Familia . The staff is friendly. Uber to the airport was easy to catch right in front of the hotel.

The location was convenient, and some members of the staff were friendly and helpful. The biggest problem was the strong smell of cannabis, especially in the hallways and around our rooms. We were travelling with children, and the smell made us feel very uncomfortable. It was even noticeable when we were trying to sleep, which seriously affected our stay. I was also very disappointed with the city tax situation. The amount shown when I made the reservation was different from what I was charged at check-in. I understand that city taxes can change, but I was never notified before my arrival that the amount had increased. Finding out only at check-in, when there was little choice but to pay, was frustrating and poorly communicated. The service was also inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others were quite unfriendly. Overall, these issues made the experience very disappointing.
