We had an awesome stay. The staff were super friendly, check us in early, room service was good, and the room was clean and quiet with zero issues. Breakfast was delicious and there were tons of choices. Definitely recommend it. Mattress was to hard for me

The proximity to shopping, sight seeing etc. wonderful staff - all really charming and helpful. Room missing USB port, no shower cap, or face flannels/ washcloth. A small restaurant would be nice.

Staff were very friendly as we didn’t speak much Spanish. Location is perfect for exploring the gothic quarter and close to public transport. Hotel room was modern and comfortable with a lovely balcony. Nothing! Hotel was great!

The accommodation in the hotel was great. Cleaned every day and clean towels, water replenished. We were very satisfied. The street in front of the hotel is dug up, but that cannot be controlled.

The hotel staff made us feel very welcome, they were available to answer any queries before our arrival which they did in a timely manner. This stay was to celebrate my husbands 60th Birthday & they were more than happy to accommodate any requests made our stay was perfect

Personally, the location is perfect for all that we wanted to do. The gentleman who registered us was most amenable, knowledgeable and recommended a great restaurant. The bar tender charmed us and the house breakfasts were fantastic The bathroom needs more hooks.
