Location is ok The location was fine, but the overall stay was disappointing. The room had no window or natural daylight, and felt quite claustrophobic. The AC was positioned directly above the bed, which made me sick the next morning room and I ended up checking out after the first night instead of staying for three. Another issue was the staff attitude, which felt unfriendly and unhelpful.

The proximity to the metro and bus lines. There were also many restaurants and cafes within walking distance I was accustomed to having breakfast included but it was not a deal breaker as there were many options available.

The pillows were too firm and flat. The room had a lot of extras that were very thoughtful but confusing. I had never seen items like dental floss or soda drinks included in a room. We didn't touch them because we worried there would be a charge even though there was no signage indicating such.

A little on the pricey side, no tub. There is a spa but we were only there for one night after a cruise. It was a very nice shower.

I arrived to the hotel and in the reception was a girl name JANET she give me immediately paper and commend me to fill all my details without mistake because it’s go to the police! I said what? She answered very serious yes the police need to check all the guests . I felt like immigration not in hotel . Then I ask her when the room will be ready she answer again in very strict way at 3pm only! I visit Barcelona often but will not go back to this hotel. BTW I pay for room almost 200 e , but you can go out from the shower because the toilet block the door shower ?♀️

The room was and interior and didn't include breakfast. There were three steps before entering the elevator which was problematic.
