Very nice and helpful staff Constant road works outside that prevent taxis and cars from coming to hotel door.

Everything about it, friendly accommodating front desk, helpful very kind potters, bar tender very polite. The hotel is in a very busy street La Rambla but very quiet inside. The roof top bar was too hot, couldn’t fully enjoy it.

This is a great hotel, however, the reconstruction works outside meant that it was noisy.

Location, good service by the bellboy, nice view from rooftop, free candies at the front desk Asked to put a small jar with milk in the free coffe stand in the room. They said they will do so, but never did. The room was not cleaned for 2 dsys untill we demand it. Not what I expected from 5 star hotel. There are street renovation outside: bad swear smell and tragfic issues.Should notify guests before making reservation.
