the views are amazing, food is great, nice large rooms, newly renovated hotel still undergoing renovation, so there was some inconveniece like no air conditioning in lifts or corridors

Breakfast, room Did not like the walk through the restaurant when going for a swim. The overal ambiance was too formal and the ambiance too clean. I would have prefereer more warmth in colors and materials in the public areas. I missed the grandeur and feel of hotels that i experience in highrise hotelbuildings f.e. in Dubai. The entrance, would have been nice to have the Reception groundfloor.

The property is gorgeous! Rooms are immaculate and clean. Spacious and top notch. The staff truly accommodating. Our cruise ended early morning and they gave us a waiting room to relax in until ours was ready. The gym was a bit small and not enough treadmills and ellipticals.

All the hotel staff were very kind and polite, spacious, clean well kept room. The friendly attitude of the staff left an excellent impression and made a difference
