The property was in a great location for walking around the city center. Not far from the metro and bus. Acta BCN 40 is quiet and clean. The staff are polite and friendly. They were helpful. The breakfast was served beautifully. The use of lockers to store bags was much appreciated.

Very friendly staff, especially Julian at reception. Quiet but central location. All good , bedrooms a little small but had everything we needed.

Clean rooms, new towels every day, very friendly staff. Lack of small fridge in a room. There was possibility to put stuff in a joint fridge at the reception.

The room was nice, although a bit small for two people. With AC, it was probably a great choice for staying, considering the weather in Barcelona. The staff was nice and helpful every time. The room key wasn't working, and I had to get it changed all the time. The breakfast place was nice, but the coffee was really bad.

Great location, walking distance to Las Ramblas and Plaza Catalunya. There was a weird food odor on our floor and my biggest disappointment was that the A/C was not working properly. Set to 20°C, but the temperature wouldn’t drop below 27°C. It was very uncomfortable to sleep. The breakfast was just ok.

Lovely staff, very good breakfast, close to tube station. Free coffee and tea. Everything really lovely. price , a bit more expensive than expected.

Property was neat and clean. Room didn’t have any amenities like assistance with luggage, refrigerator and coffeemaker. Also, there were lots of people just hanging out around the property.
