Exceptional

It was very stylish, nice people nothing bad Our rooms weren’t cleaned after we went out, this was the only downside but it was bad, we left glasses that were used and they stayed there for 3 days without anyone picking them up and each time we said they would take it this time they didn’t…

we had a really lovely stay. the staff were kind and welcoming, the rooms were nice, and there was a small surprise gift waiting for us on arrival. our flight was delayed, so we also appreciated the 24/7 reception and the flexibility around checking in. what we liked most was the attention to detail that didn’t really come across in the pictures: the lighting was great and actually practical, there was just the right amount of pillows of the right size and firmness, the blackout curtains properly blocked out the light, the AC worked like a charm and was easy to set up, and despite staying in the middle of tourist season in one of the busiest parts of barcelona, there wasn’t much noise from outside. there were quite a few of these small details and little moments of surprise throughout the stay, which together made the whole experience feel well thought out. besides that, theres also some cool food spots, metro and stores nearby. the main thing that affected our stay was the noise from some inconsiderate guests nearby. the staff were very responsive and helpful when we reached out, but louder sounds from inside the hotel still carried quite a bit, especially at night. we decided not to make a bigger issue out of it, but a small note to future guests: please be mindful of others (and maybe pack some slippers). there were also a few details in the bathroom that could use more attention: lower water pressure, some wear and water damage around the shower, and lighting that took a bit of figuring out. the additional blankets had an unpleasant smell, almost like they hadn’t been refreshed between uses, so we decided not to use them. we didn’t ask for replacements and are quite sure we would have received different ones if we had, so I wouldn’t really hold that against the hotel, though it would be good to have fresh ones already in the room. if you have long hair, you might also want to bring your own hairdryer, as the one provided takes its time. none of these were major issues, but they did slightly take away from an otherwise excellent experience.

Nice, clean, modern room, good AC, very good common places. We especially loved free mini bar in the room as well as ice, water, milk, tea, coffee and cookies in the common areas Wonderful location to explore the city. The room was too dark - they should put brighter lamps. We would have liked normal self-service breakfast, as breakfast-in-the-box that they offer are not attractive. The bed matrace was a bit too hard for my taste.

Fresh No air conditioning NOT WORKING

Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable beds, and very effective air conditioning. The hotel was also very clean. Unfortunately, the breakfast concept was very disappointing. Offering guests breakfast boxes with randomly selected products is a very poor idea. The hotel does not take into consideration that guests may have allergies or dietary restrictions. The quality of the products included in the breakfast boxes was also quite poor

Great location, very clean, tidy, comfortable. Clearly thought through. Enjoyed the stay entirely- will be back 100%. The male receptionist wasn’t very professional - but the girls at the reception were super lovely and sweet.

Location was central, room was comfortable but average. Breakfast was not acceptable. Breakfast box provided was anything but acceptable. Reception held the box at the back of their area without refridgeration and yogurt was in the box warm. Anything but higene in extremely warm weather. See above.

Location Overall, the hotel's location is excellent. The receptionist is elderly, unwelcoming, and doesn't smile. The rooms are good, the cleanliness is acceptable, but the air conditioning is very, very bad.

Honestly nothing, a little incident with the bathroom sink, that could have been caught by the cleaning crew, and fixed in no time, but I called the reception and it got solved in really no time.
