We were informed that the city tax would be €55. However, when we arrived, we were told that the amount was actually €77. We had not received any prior information about this change. We believe we should have been informed in advance, for example by email, so that we were aware of the additional charge before our arrival.

It nice a good size hotel and not busy , clean and lovely reception staff The breakfast was not great at all , not a lot of options and poor quality. I got locked in the bathroom as the lock didn’t work , although I got out quality that was only because my daughter was in the room and could get someone . Too far from the city centre

The hotel is in an ideal location,a very straight walk if you arrive by train. The bed was very comfortable, and the provided soap was a lovely touch. On the first day, the room floor and bathroom weren't very clean, but staff made up for it the following day. High temperatures probably don't help when housekeepers have to clean so many rooms, so it was understandable. The corridor lighting was unusually dim, strange, and a little to dark for me ..
