Location is amazing. The fact you have to pay to use the spa is a bummer. Breakfast is expensive and not a good quality; the orange juice was spoiled. The bed is really not comfortable, felt like cardboard boxes with a sheet on.

The rooms and the decoration I like everything

The position and the staff were the best things. It'a just 10 minutes way from Passeig de Gracia and one of Gaudi's houses. The gents were very kind and polite and they are very supportive no matter which gender you are. Facilities could be improved, since the TV wasn't working and there was a leak in the bathroom. I think if they had weekly checks throughout the hotel maybe a floor per day also housekeeping could help and contact their handyman.

Passable

The sraff were very friendly and helpful. It is not clear from the Booking.com listing that this hotel is quite explicit. We were not exoecting that. On arrival the reception was like a nightclub and the rooms had condoms as well as the usual shower gel, etc. - the listing on Booking.com is misleading. Breakfast was OK, the hot food was tepid. There were marks and scuffs on the walls in the room and the furniture and in the hallway that gave it a worn feeling.

Convenience, close to main tourist attractions Bed for me is too hard, I sleep on the side I get up waken up several times at night due to had bed

The location is amazing right in the middle of Eixample. Obviously, being in an LGBT+ hotel is a very welcoming experience and we felt like this was a (almost..) no attitude space. The staff is excellent!!!! We liked everything

Cesar on the front desk was AMAZING! So friendly and helpful. The location was great, easy to get to every where. Loved the rooftop pool. The gym was very underwhelming.

Unfortunately, some members of the staff were quite rude and unhelpful, with the exception of Carlos, the manager, who stepped in and completely changed the situation for the better. His professionalism and attitude were greatly appreciated. One thing I would strongly recommend avoiding is the breakfast. It was honestly one of the worst hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced, not only because of the poor quality and taste of the food, but, more importantly, because of what I considered to be serious food-safety concerns regarding the way some food was handled, stored and displayed. For me, this was by far the most disappointing aspect of the stay and something that definitely needs significant improvement.

Location and the room was very comfortable I was told the room would be ready by 1pm. Yes it was before the actual check in time however at 3pm, the actual check in time, the room was not ready. Don't tell a customer the room will be ready at a certain time and then not follow through. Even at the allocated check in time and still be told to wait.

Cockroach crawling on the breakfast buffet table. This ruins everything for me.

Modern clean and tidy plus the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was excellent value and delicious Bonus was that there were no children. Can’t fault it.
