Perfect location, very good breakfast, spa zone All was good!

The wifi wasn't so good

Location. Breakfast. Overall big and good value. Lack of continues standard. No coffee in the room until I ask, no spoon. Hair dryer doesn't work. You cannot control the temperature . Jacuzzi was not activated

No hot water in the shower. We complained for 4 days in a row that we don't have hot water and only on the 4th day the manager came to check for herself but claimed it's "hot enough".

Friendly staff, clean room, great pool and sauna, close to the town and storage for ski bits. Really good breakfast included

Great location. The breakfast was inedible. We tried it one morning and didn’t go back the other three mornings of our trip.

Very good location, nice spa, good breakfast. Mess in reservations- we reserved a Suite room for 250 EUR for one night - when coming to the hotel they did not have such room ready and let us stay on the corridor, showed us dirty room, much lower quality room and finally provided room costing 170 BGN. The staff was helpful and apologised, but offered us no compensation for such a mess and stress they created. Finally from my card was two days after the stay charged 250 EUR - staff informed us that the difference will be sent back to the card later next week. Let’s see, but generally unbelievable and not acceptable.

Location Everything. This is not a 4* hotel at all. They call thereself a Welness hotel but all of the facilities does not work. Hammam out of service, swimming pool ice cold, jacuzzi integrated in the ice cold pool so also not possible to use. Our room was so hot so we had to sleep 2 nights with the window open (our room was next to a bbq restaurant so we were literally smoked each morning), we asked everyday to put the heating off, it took 3 days before the lady put the heating off. Breakfast buffet was absolutely not worth to call a 'buffet'. There was only old bread slices to make toast of, nothing else. No croissant, no pancake and some mornings even the fruit and eggs were finished before 10 am. The lady from the reception was arrogant and absolutely not helpfull. We are so dissapointed about our stay. Never again.

Excellent staff, a bit outdated but clean amd comfortable.

The hotle located at the central of the town. The room is big enough and clean , included balcony with beautiful view of the mountain. Breakfast tasty . I would recommand :)

-Location was great, 10 mins walk from all the best Mehanas in the Old Town - Pool, sauna, steam room etc were all excellent - Decent breakfast - Open fires Not much. Hotel is slightly dated but gives it character.
