The spa was good and it was good that they had a 16+ for the non kids. If you come with kids they have many things for kids, even in the restaurant for the smallest ones. The food was good and had variety Maybe it needs some renovation for the rooms

Food was tasty and with good variety, staff was friendly, spa facilities were clean and of good quality, lobby bar was well stacked and at reasonable prices, it's really nice they offer to park your car. Just a small note that the elevator behaved weirdly and sometimes you need to wait 10-15 mins when there's a lot of people. Not sure if the second elevator was malfunctioning or intentionally not usable. But overall not a big problem.

Nice hotel. Everything was clean. The staff was friendly. Meal was tasty. Great spa.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly — they upgraded us to full board and even extended our checkout by three hours. We really enjoyed the hotel, the food, and the spa. Points for improvement: there was no Netflix available in the rooms, not even the option to connect through a mobile device. The outdoor jacuzzi was cold during the day, which was a bit disappointing.

We stayed at the hotel in late August, family with two small kids. The hotel has warm and friendly atmosphere. Very friendly staff. Great all inclusive restaurant. Nice pools. Underground parking. We had such a great time there, the kids didn't whpant to leave the place. I highly recommend the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay! The food was truly world-class — it was great to have access to snacks and drinks throughout the day, especially with kids. We stayed in a villa, which was spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Even though it was located outside the main hotel building, it was still very convenient. Getting to the spa and pool was easy, and we really appreciated the changing rooms with hair dryers — a thoughtful touch that made things more comfortable. Overall, a wonderful experience for families! The pool was a bit small and quite shallow — more suited for playing with kids than for actual swimming. While that’s still enjoyable, it would have been nice to have a deeper section for adults. Also, the kids’ animation team didn’t collect parents’ phone numbers, which made it a bit stressful to leave the children, as there was no easy way for them to contact us if needed. A simple communication system would make a big difference in peace of mind for parents.

Everything was great! The staff was friendly, food was delicious with many options. The spa area was also amazing - a lot of areas and the outside pool and jacuzzi were definitely the highlight. The location of the hotel is also great - just next to the forest and also quite close to the ski area. Would definitelly recommend! Nothing - just a recommendation - would be nice to have hair conditioner in the bathroom too

Almost everything. The breakfast was very nice. The room as far as I remember was good as well. The swimming pool was too small for such number of guests because the hotel was full with lots of kids. So I didnt spend time there.
