Un hotel extraordinar! Spa-ul este foarte frumos si mare!

This was my sixth stay at the hotel during the ski season, and I continue to have a very positive experience. Following the recent renovation, the hotel looks excellent and feels much more modern. The reception staff were professional and helpful. The Wi-Fi connection is reliable throughout the entire hotel. The newly renovated SPA area is a real highlight — it is modern, clean, and very well maintained. It features a relaxing atmosphere with excellent facilities, including a sauna, steam room, and comfortable relaxation areas, making it perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Breakfast was satisfactory, with nothing to complain about. The hotel also offers secure parking with CCTV, which is a great advantage. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with daily housekeeping service. Additionally, the shuttle service to and from the gondola, running every 30 minutes, is very convenient. Overall, a very comfortable and well-managed hotel for a ski holiday. The menu at the hotel’s Zenith restaurant is somewhat limited and could benefit from more variety. While the prices are reasonable, the selection of dishes is not very diverse, which may be disappointing for guests staying longer or looking for more options.

Coffee was expensive

It was clean well maintained with very good location next to the slopes. I highly recommend as it is renovated and well priced.

We had a great stay. The room was nice. The spa exceeded expectations. The breakfast was also very good with a great range of food. The shuttle to the gondola was very useful. We found the staff pleasant and helpful. The room was very hot with no way to turn the heating down. This mean we slept with the balcony door open which seems like a waste of energy. It might have been nice to be given some additional tea and coffee in the room for each day of the stay, particularly as the coffee from the machines at breakfast came out a bit cold, although we did appreciate the complimentary mini bar on the day of our arrival. One of us was also gluten free and whilst there were allergen signs out on the the breakfast buffet, it seemed a little sporadic which foods had the allergens labelled. It would probably have been better to not label any at all than to label some things and not others.

Is exactly what you need for a weekend ski, just fabulos! A bit crowded in the SPA to find a place to put your towels, however did not bother so much as outside pool is amazing

The bathroom had a very small glass on the shower so after you showered the entire bathroom flooded. It seemed like they were aware of this since every time I spoke to them they just sent maintenance to clean it up. But it was really annoying

The spa environment is excellent. Breakfast is very rich. The personnel is adorable and helpful, even if not everyone speaks English. The room comfortable with an excellent bed. A second small room with a couch-bed made our stay even more comfortable. The outdoor pool was a temptation, bud didn't have the courage to try it. The roof in the balcony did not manage to keep the rain and melting snow out, so it was not usable during the days we visited it. Other minor faults were present in the room too (e.g. a difficult light switch), that didn't affect our stay. Unfortunately the fastest road to the center is not paved so we had to go through some muddy and slippery path to get there on foot.

Our stay in the hotel was excellent. The place was spotless—you can tell the housekeeping team really cares about the details. The staff were also incredibly nice and made everything super easy from check-in to check-out.

The room was spacious and very clean. The spa zone is great - very spacious and has really good variety of zones. My three year old had a lot of fun at the kids club. The food at the restaurant is delicious - very fresh. The staff is not super smily compared to the US but I guess it is a cultural trade so it is within the norms.

Very nice hotel, spa zone is exceptionally good. Heated open pool, breakfast was also fine. My wife liked massage - Nastya is highly recommended A bit far from the gondola, but it was compensated by shuttle service provided. While it works on way back till 5pm which is too early.

Clean and pleasant room The spa- sauna pools especially the one outside, the feeling when the water is heating and freezing outside is outstanding! The massages therapists were great 15 min walking from the gondola From 8 am every 15 min there is driver service which takes you there all the way and he was very accurate Will definitely recommend to everyone!

Nothing Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards advertised. The room had no internet connection, the shower did not have hot water, and several common areas had heating issues. There were ongoing renovations during our stay, which were not clearly disclosed before booking. At one point, the lights in the pool area went out, reinforcing the feeling of poor maintenance. We were moved to a smaller room without a bathtub. The elevator is very small and inadequate for a large hotel, and overall the infrastructure does not match a luxury category. Due to these unresolved issues, we had to check out early and cancel the remaining nights. While the refund process was eventually completed, the experience caused unnecessary stress during our trip. I would not recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.

Rooms are clean and comfortable. I had stayed on January 9 to January 11. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the behavior of your front desk staff. I contacted the reception three times regarding an issue with the wifi which was described included. On all occasions, the staff were unhelpful and displayed a lack of interest. Additionally, their English communication skills were very poor, which made it difficult to explain the issue properly. During my third call, the receptionist abruptly told me to wait and hung up the phone on me, which I find extremely disrespectful and unacceptable. After this, I went downstairs to the reception desk in person, where the staff continued to display the same rude and unprofessional attitude. As a guest, I do not believe I deserve such treatment. This behavior does not reflect the standards expected from a hotel of your level.

The staff, especially the woman who works in reception, very bad that i don’t remember the name, she was very positive, helpful and one of the best things that this hotel have. All over the hotel there was construction, noise, cold rooms…..

The apartment was quite clean and pleasant (except for the bathroom). Unfortunately, there are many things I didn’t like. 1. The hotel is very cold. I’ve never stayed anywhere that was as cold as this one – and it’s supposed to be 5 stars? In the main restaurant, it’s so cold that you have to keep your jacket on. 2. Many cables and alarm system hanging everywhere, including in the spa area, hallways, elevators, and outside, which creates a feeling of technical insecurity. 3. The water in the spa pools is very dirty. Of the outdoor pools, only one is functional, and the saunas are not always working. 4. A lot of construction work on the hallways, stairs, and in the rooms during the winter holiday period (New Year). Unacceptable. Very unplasant 5. Around the hotel, there is a lot of accumulated trash, giving the feeling of an abandoned area. 6. The elevator didn’t work for a whole day, and the power went out both in the spa area and in the restaurant during breakfast. 7. The bathroom in the room looks like it was built 100 years before the hotel :( And many other things. Definitely NOT a 5-star hotel!
