The only few good things in hotel are: safe, hotel location and the guy who opens the lobby door for you. The reception i dont know but barely smile at you back. Only one sister was smiling. I asked for a high floor room like 25 days with the big balcony. They gave none until i called and asked like 3 times. Toilets were bad. Wifi really sucks. Asked for a technician for wifi i waited too long

nothing سيئ للغاية الغرف ليست كما يبدو في الموقع وليس في الغرف تلفاز خاص في قسم الشقق فقط تلفاز واحد للغرفتين والإطلالة سيئة كما ان الموظفين لم يتعاونوا معنا كما ان الموقع ليس قريباً من اي خدمات وصعب الحصول على تاكسي للمواصلات كانت أسوأ تجربة على الإطلاق.

موقع الفندق في منطقه نظيفه الغرف ليست نظيفه الاثاث قديم وريحة الغرف بول وطاقم التنظيف اي كلام مايسوى 5 نجوم تقيم الفندق وسعره غالي جدا مقابل الخدمات الضعيفه

I liked the location. It was near everything within a few minute walk I was very disappointed in my stay. I guess i was expecting to much judging by the reviews, but it was disappointing to say the least. First the staff weren’t friendly, almost aggressive. The rooms were uncomfortably small, one room couldn’t fit one person and it was very packed. The lighting was poor and everytime we asked the hotel to clean our room it was mediocre. I was with my family and expected for us to have enough space to be comfortable but we weren’t. Worse was the noise. I don’t care about the cars and motorcycles but i could hear the rooms beside me. I could even smell it when they cooked in their kitchen. For its price it was very underwhelming. I wouldn’t stay here at all.

كوفي شوب فقط The coffee shop in the hotel صراف في لوبي there is Two Atm machines near the elevator Its good option for the low budget planing الفندق ليس قريب اي مكان تاكسي عند الفندق غالي موقع الفندق بالشارع المعاكس للأماكن السياحيه حجم الغرف. الفندق علي شكل هلال الاثاث قديم والاصنصير قديم منطقة الاستقبال غير نظيفه الفندق يحتاج للصيانة لان الفندق قديم Hotel is not near any tourism area The cab near the hotel are expensive Hotel location is opposite the way of malls so you have to face the traffic Size of the room smaller than what you see in the web site THE HOTEL IS ((4 )) STAR NOT 5 AS Booking Says

Only the positive thing in the hotel its nearby the main area’s and they are not very near - there is 2 ATM machines in lobby - there Cafe shop inside the hotel افضل شي في الفندق ان قريب من شارع مولات … ولكن مش قريب وايد في مكينة سحب ( صرافين ) في كوفي شوب في الفندق . I can create a menu for the hotel highlighting these points: 1. The hotel is a 4-star establishment, not a 5-star one. 2. The main entrance is located inside the hotel, not facing the street. 3. Due to its location, it’s difficult to get a taxi. 4. The hotel appears old and worn out. 5. The furniture is outdated. 6. The reception desk is made of a school desk and a table. 7. The hotel is situated next to a construction site. الفندق 4 نجوم وليس 5 نجوم .

It was great, everything is near the hotel. Convenient store, groceries, malls. And the staffs are very friendly and helpful, we even made friends with them. Maybe if you could label the switches properly. It’s kinda confusing which switch is for. Nothing much just that. ?

The room is spacious and perfect for guests who prefer an apartment-style layout with a separate bedroom and living room. The property is very outdated and needs renovation. The parking area is located in a separate building from the main hotel, which is inconvenient if you are traveling by car.
