The doorman’s uniform and Christopher’s introduction The way the staff handles harassment of guests staying. My partner and I were having dinner in the restaurant when she had to step outside to get some air, shortly she frantically calls me to come outside because she is being harassed by 5 Thai men attending a wedding…..no security, no valets to help, I come outside to comfort her and confront the 5 Thai men, shortly after I notify the hotel staff who seemed disinterested in listening to me or resolving the issue. The hotel staff repeatedly tried to play it off as “they’re just drunk” which is entirely unacceptable because what that tells foreigners is, that they can get harassed and nobody’s there to protect them or help them. At one point, I was considering calling the police myself or walking to the US embassy for guidance because neither of us felt safe. The main perpetrator was not pursued by staff at all. Nobody offered to compensate our meal or give any vouchers or anything of the sort because it was GENUINELY RUINED and I’m not even looking for free things believe me I’ve got funds, but let’s take another Marriott property for instance, we don’t have to look far-The Ritz-Carlton. Ive stayed at the Ritz in the US and in Europe, and I’ve had minor challenges while staying and the hotel IMMEDIATELY accommodated me. Just to compare countries and people in general And another thing, I never consented to signing up for Marriott, the front desk agent just signed me up for their own incentive, I know how these things work, there’s a reason why I said No, I don’t have a membership, no thank you The conclude: any foreigners staying at this hotel be prepared to stand your own ground and get into altercations if need be for self defense because the staff are unreliable

A beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff! Luxury at a good price. The staff was friendly, caring, and professional. First of all, it is a beautiful hotel with an exceptional staff that is well trained. If we go back we will be staying there.

Fine dining Aging building and inability to deliver breakfast meals as ordered on more than one occasion. Confusion on check out for explanation of charges. Delayed my departure by losing my luggage as my limo waited.

Comfortable, beautifully decorated rooms. Great pool and reasonably priced poolside drinks. Fantastic breakfast. It's a bit of a walk down a busy highway to the nearest overpass connecting to a mall.

Modern and organised Nothing

Everything was superb, especially the breakfast, the staff, the quiet comfortable room. Everything was exceptional. There was nothing to not like. The pool area was also wonderful as was the exercise room.

The decor was beautiful and the staff. The buffet breakfast was quite expensive to have hard as rock waffles and cold French toast. The booking of the room noted that the room would have a hot tub but this was not so. I was truly disappointed as this was the reason I reserved the room. The pool area was over run with children. They were adorable but we just wanted some adult time relaxing in the pool.
