The room smelled bad of cigarette smoke. Also the front desk assured me that someone would be there in the morning to assist with my transfer to the airport. I waited for half hour and no one showed up. I had to scramble to find my own way there last minute. Would not stay here again

If you wanna do late check in or early check out, It is a terrible hotel do not pay deposit for key. I could not get it.

The hand show was broken and one of the bulbs was not working so my room was totally dark

Facilities mentioned on booking.com don't match fully. No lift. No full-time service desk.

That it is off Sukhumvit. I had a bed, refridgerator and my own bathroom. That the room and listing that I paid for had a window and seemed like had more room compared to the enclosed, windowless tiny room they put me in. I was up on the 5th floor. No elevators.

The toilet did not have flusher so have to use jet shower manually.

No maintainance for a long time so someting broken and all noise from others room are so loudly in your room. And most of the gueat are noisy without warning from hotel staff.

You can get a privet room with privet shower and window with pool 2 hours away from the main tourist area for less money so I felt I paid top dollar just for the location but it was fine if you just need a place to sleep Had to share bathroom,

Short walk to BTS , plenty of food and shopping in the area. There is no lift in the building so if you don't like stairs request a room on a lower level when booking, bed was comfortable..

Good location The staff didn't speak good English and wasn't very friendly. And there was no elevator so it's convenient to walk upstairs
