The family room was very spacious. Kids loved the bunk bed. The kitchen was also very comfortable and useful. Fun pool and very good variety in breakfast and everything was really tasty. Nice fitness center.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other travelers should be aware of my experience. During my stay at Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy, I found multiple unknown insects in my room, including one that I preserved and personally showed to the Duty Manager on 4 August 2026. I photographed and recorded the insects on video and immediately reported the issue. The hotel acknowledged my report, arranged a pest control inspection, and moved my family to another room. Unfortunately, after relocating, I found additional insects in the replacement room as well, which I also documented with photographs and videos. Beyond this, the overall experience fell well below what I expect from a 4-star property.The breakfast was disappointing. While all dishes were labeled, much of the hot food consisted of stew-style dishes and overcooked vegetables that I found difficult to recognize or identify by appearance. The selection was limited, lacked variety, and did not meet my expectations for a 4-star hotel. The swimming pool was also much smaller than it appears in the promotional photos. It is located directly beside the hotel's parking area and adjacent to the street, resulting in constant traffic noise and very little privacy. This was quite different from the impression created by the hotel's marketing photos. I am sharing my personal experience exactly as it occurred, supported by photographs and videos. I hope the hotel thoroughly investigates the insect issue and improves its facilities and services so future guests can have a better experience.

Beyond this, helpfull and friendly stuff and good location to access to many places and public transportation at the heart of 7/24 living city is the biggest advantages.

Property location was conveniëntand most importantly the staff was very helpful as I was traveling with my mother who had a fracture .They helped me with ambulance and all necessary aid. Corner room was too small, but it was given in emergency so no complaints

Overall good location, ideal for family, cool vibes, friendly staff, decent size rooms. Nothing that can be complained about however would have liked the swimming pool to not be in the entrance area. Furthermore, the breakfast though good but was a bit consistent every day. There was no rotation of dishes. Staying there for 7 nights made the breakfast feel a bit monotonous. Though we loved the breakfast but just some rotation of 20% of dishes would have made it perfect!

The room lighting needs variation. There should be colored light for sleeping instead of put off completely. The lighting brightness should also improve. This is just an improvement to add spices to an excellent apartment.

Room was so cold and even set at 28C, so cold and loud. Only way to warm up was to turn it off. Coffee machine wasn’t working well so not great

Getting to central area, the traffic.

The family studio was amazing. Comfy enough and had everything we needed. Excellent amenities for kids. Good and varied breakfast TV had no streaming options (YouTube, Netflix etc.)
