Centrally located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood; Few minutes walk to phlon chit BTS. Quick check-in and checkout with a nice reception to relax if you arrive early or depart late. Spacious and and comfortable rooms with air-conditioning. Check-in is at 2pm. Early checkin not available.

Very bad cleanliness, staff are very disrespectful and rude, and have offensive behavior. There are no facilities in the room, I do not recommend it at all. Sleeping on the street is better than here.

The location is really good. You are near BTs. They don't clean the room every days. The never clean the toilett room. Bathroom was not cleaned in 19 days .

Nothing Everything in the room was broken. The curtins was broken, the airco was broken they come fix it and keot leaking on my stuff. They have no drawers. The roommates clean litle and forget a lot of stuff and leave dirt. The receptionist never greet and only are on there phone ore eating out loud like a chile. And the door of the shower was broken. Dont understand how a hotel like this can be on booking.com reallyba waste of my money. Horrible

The location was very convenient and I felt safe walking around and exploring. It was close to the conference venue where we attended business meetings. It was also only a 10 minute walk to the skytrain and local malls. Lots of access to transport (taxi's) etc. There is a Starbucks and restaurant just across the main street. The airconditioning in the room was a welcome relief from the heat outside. They provided 2 x 500ml bottles of water daily. There was construction right next door which started early in the mornings and ended late at night. Was also woken up a few times by neighbours who either arrived back late at night and seemed to be moving things around (knocking against walls and dragging on floors). It would be nice if they had Voile curtains behind the blockout curtains. I couldn't open the curtains because there was another building adjacent to my window and would allow a full view into the room. Likewise, the shower is by a window so you would be visible from the outside at night with your lights on. Rails in the bathroom for hanging wet towels and for placing toiletries would be welcome.

I liked everything. My stay was very comfortable. I particularly want to say thank you to the hotel supervisor Ms Kat and hotel employees Toum and Ben. All of them went the extra mile to accommodate my requests and everyone understood and spoke English. The location is very convenient. The room was quiet. Very good value for the price If TV had international channels that would be awesome

I can hear footsteps from the stair loudly because some people did not walk properly as if they were stomping instead of walking.

The room is cozy and clean , nice windows views The sun is very strong during the day starts from 10am to 5 pm so the room is hot during the day .the water from the tank on top so get the sun so not comfortable for taking shower during the day because water is hot
