Staff were lovely. The room service was brilliant with a low price. The spa was incredible too.

The hotel location was distinctive and close to most of the facilities and sites I needed to reach... Also, the hotel is upscale and clean, and the staff are distinguished by their respectfulness and quick response to my requests. Mr. Osama... was one of the best employees I have met, working in the guest reception department. He is characterized by politeness and great cooperation, providing us with many facilities and information. I extend my sincere thanks to him.

Great facilities, helpful attentive staff, rooms are clean and comfortable and well supplied. We took 3 children with us who greatly enjoyed the hotel and pool, an extra bed was added to our family room easily. We came back for a second time on the way home because the value, amenities and access to the airport could not be beat. Complimentary snacks and drinks on arrival and in the room. Top service.

The room is excellent - Big and faced 2 directions, corner suite , beds are amazing, location is well positioned to sky train and centrality.. The staff were really attentive and helped us at every moment. Check was great so smooth and helpful when I had a minor accident, breaking a glass. The Executive floor BF is a bit limited . Ground floor was much better. Pool service is not the best.

I used to stay there 20 years ago, and it still looks the same - which is a good thing. Classics always last! Not much. It is pretty good…

There was excellent variety. Food was delicious.

The property is in a very busy commercial area with many modern buildings and shopping malls within a 15 min taxi ride. The staff is incredibly helpful! Beautiful pool and spa to relax by. Excellent buffet breakfast at the hotel. My only complaint is that we asked for a flat sheet but it was misunderstood. For those that get too warm with a duvet, a flat sheet is a nice alternative to go over you to sleep.

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and professional. They went out of their way to make sure that you were being treated as you would expect at a five star hotel. The restaurant staff, the bar staff, housekeeping, front desk, and doormen were all exceptional. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and the spa area was amazing! The JW Marriott Bangkok exceeded my expectations.

Very good hotel. Staff are very good there helped with the taxi, very good breakfast.. . Perhaps the dinner could be different. It is z very good spread bug too much food and perhaps too expensive. You could focus on a menu and certain dishes every evening. It is is cheaper for the hotel and good doesn't get wasted. The reception a bit slow when you arrive, we are exhausted from the trip.
