The location is superb, it's around 10 minutes walk to all the malls or stylish coffee places. Also the staff was very kind to us. The room was much smaller than we expected. We booked a twin room with 2 beds, but in reality it looked like 2 futons next to each other. And we had only one semi-transparent sliding door for the toilet and shower. So it was not so convenient to use it for 2 people (friends) the same time.

Clean, well-kept, a modern boutique hotel. Location is a bit on the inside but that’s negligible. We stayed just for a night and it was great for us and total value for money.

Lovely hotel, very good and pleasant staff, clean and modern. Good location near all shopping centers. Breakfast is not a buffet, which takes a long time. The pool is not under the sun, so it's a bit cool.

Our overall stay was fine, and we did not request housekeeping services once during our time here. However, our departure was completely ruined by a lack of professionalism from the front desk staff. Upon check-out, we were falsely accused of missing a plate from our room. The hotel provided absolutely no evidence to support this claim. Despite the lack of proof, the staff adamantly refused to back down, creating a deeply uncomfortable environment. I have traveled extensively and have never encountered such an insulting situation in any hotel stay. We were ultimately forced to pay a fine for an item we did not take. What began as a pleasant stay ended in complete frustration due to the staff's rigid handling of the situation. I highly advise future guests to inspect their rooms upon arrival to avoid being extorted for missing inventory.

The location was great, super close to the mall. Staff were also super friendly. I have stayed in this property before in 2022 and cleanliness was a bit better then. Still clean though but sometimes felt like the surfaces need to be wiped down better

Thank for the Happy 3 Hotel Management for the hospitality and professional service they provided. One of the most eco-friendly high standard hotels we have ever been so far. Keep it up guys! ?

The only complaint is the bathroom sink which is set in a VERY odd way and nearly impossible to stand in front of.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and supportive. As it was my first time visiting Thailand, they went out of their way to help me navigate the city. The rooms were perfectly clean and the amenities were highly satisfactory However, I wasn’t pleased about having to leave a security deposit upon arrival, which wasn’t ideal.

We liked the hotel location as it’s very close to BTS station, siam square and area is very suitable for first time travelers to bkk, staff are very much friendly, polite, cooperative

Location and sheets were comfortable. Longest check in and check out I’ve ever experienced. Booked the room a week in advance and came straight from airport and room still wasn’t ready at 5pm. This is unacceptable when check in is at 2. We were offered a coke as compensation which neither of us drink. Breakfast the following day would have been a more reasonable compensation. Unfortunately, I would not return to, not recommend this hotel.

The room was clean and location The rooms are very small, they offer a night with breakfast, but it's lame, they can't serve cold drinks, and the kitchen is limited with options, we didn't have our breakfast there The crib I got was broken. Although we were 3 in the room, we had towels only for 2, even the day after. The team was not pleasant. The room is clean, and if someone is looking just to put their head and not more than that, that can work, but take into account that the room the offer for a couple doesn't fit fr staying in the room, there is no place to sit except the bed...there is no bar at the lobby, feels like they are not there yet as hotel

The bathroom sink had a weird layout but it’s nothing too weird. Also i’d wish they had a mirror in the bedroom other than the bath area. As a group of girls, it was a bit of a hassle to get ready without one.

The location is excellent and just a short walk from major attractions like Siam Paragon and MBK, which made exploring the city very convenient. The hospitality from the staff met our expectations, and they were consistently courteous and attentive throughout the stay. We only noticed that the microwave wasn’t cleaned thoroughly upon check‑in, but everything else was well maintained.
