Our room was lovely and spacious and was well equipped. The complimentary drinks and snacks was a nice touch. Staff were helpful. There was lots of choice at breakfast.

* Room Size: The room size is good and provides a comfortable space for guests. * Staff Service: Some staff are demonstrating professional behavior; however, further improvement is required in managing such facilities, particularly during high-pressure and high-demand situations. * Complimentary Mini Bar: The complimentary mini bar and token’s are a great added value and a positive feature of the overall guest experience. * Location: The location is somewhat far from the main attractions and entertainment areas. * Facilities: The facilities are relatively small and do not adequately accommodate the high number of visitors. * Cleaning & Housekeeping: The overall cleaning and housekeeping standards require significant improvement. * Gym & Recreational Areas: The gym and recreational/play areas appear to be poorly controlled and require better management and supervision. * Breakfast: The breakfast selection requires further improvement to better accommodate the preferences and dietary expectations of guests from different nationalities. Also long you to entered with lengthy repeated conversations. * Dining Area: The designated dining area is relatively small and does not comfortably accommodate all visitors during peak periods. * Lobby: The lobby is frequently overcrowded, with insufficient seating available for guests. * Baby Crib: The baby crib appears to be designed primarily for newborns. For babies aged 6–12 months, it is not sufficiently comfortable or practical, and a more suitable option should be considered.

Absolutely everything!! The property is very new, I believe they opened 3 years ago. The rooms are absolutely perfect, comfy, clean, quiet. Blackout is phenomenal! Bathrooms are clean and nicely designed. The only thing I would improve it’s pillows. They are very high and it’s not for everyone. But that’s minuscule issue that didn’t affect my stay at all.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the bed was exceptionally large and cozy. The gym offered a great workout experience with beautiful views, and the game room was a fun addition. The highlight of my stay was definitely the pool and its stunning view. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay

Well, most of it: - Breakfast - View (22nd floor) - Pool + sauna + gym - Games (free of charge), from darts to air hockey - Room and amenities Not as boiling a location as it can be. But some may like it even more

Es un buen hotel, el precio es bueno. El personal la gran mayoría buenas personas. Hay un poco de desinformación dado que no hablan muy bien inglés. El servicio de la Coordinadora por enviar una carta de suspensión de servicio porque se consumió el hold de la tarjeta de crédito y no hicieron aseo al cuarto por ese motivo y no estabamos enterados. Eso no nos gustó.

This is a nice and modern hotel, the room is well equipped, the bathroom facilities are amazing.

The room was perfect, clean, spacious, with a big bathroom with Japanese toilets. We enjoyed spending time on the rooftop near the pool; even though it was a stormy sky, it was lovely, and the staff was super attentive to the guests. Nothing, we'll be back.
