Location I had an excellent stay at Grand Centre Point Terminal 21. The hotel offers the perfect combination of comfort, cleanliness, exceptional service, and an unbeatable location in the heart of Bangkok. The location is truly outstanding. The hotel is directly connected to Terminal 21 shopping mall, giving guests immediate access to a wide variety of shops, restaurants, cafés, and entertainment. It is also directly connected to the BTS Skytrain and conveniently located near the MRT, making it incredibly easy to get around Bangkok without worrying about traffic. The rooms are modern, spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff are professional, friendly, and always ready to assist with a genuine smile. Having the Terminal 21 shopping mall right inside the hotel complex is a major advantage and makes the stay even more convenient. Overall, Grand Centre Point Terminal 21 is an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The outstanding location, direct BTS access, excellent facilities, and high level of service make it one of my favorite hotels in Bangkok. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

There was a smell of cigarette smoke on the 20th floor that was so strong even though there are no smoking signs. Sometimes is was so strong we could smell it in out room.

The front desk male check-in staff "THITVICH" should be more friendly and not putting a poker face with no smile at all. This is not the way to welcome guest, the first impression is very very important!!! This really spoiled my holiday!!

I had a great stay. The hotel’s direct access to the BTS and MRT, together with the attached mall, made everything so convenient. It was easy to shop and head back to the room to drop off bags before continuing the day. The rooms and bathrooms were spotless, the spa offered an excellent massage, and I felt safe throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again. The breakfast options were somewhat limited for guests who require Halal food. While there were a few suitable choices, a wider selection would have been appreciated. This is not a criticism of the hotel itself, as it has no control over its surroundings. However, I personally found the area to be very busy and crowded. If you enjoy a lively atmosphere, this may be ideal, but I prefer a quieter environment.
