Stuning views from the rooms, spectacular to watch trouht the window. They are spacious, clean and comfy. Beds where big and confortable. very happy

Overall, it was a good choice for a short stay in Bangkok. Central location, close to many shopping malls. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the service was consistently good throughout our stay. The gym was well-equipped and a nice bonus.

The rooms do not meet the standard of 5 star hotel and require renovation especially bathroom. There is constructions around the hotel that cause very bad traffic to get to the hotel

Very clean .. advanced .. staff are good .. the 3 main restaurant are super .. perfect location (walking distance to most places) We reached after 2pm and they refunded to give the room & asked to collect the keys at 3pm.

The lobby was beautiful and inviting. It made a good first impression Check-in was very disappointing. We waited over 2 hours beyond the official check-in time for our second room, with no compensation. I had requested connecting rooms more than 2 months in advance because I was traveling with children, but this request was ignored. We booked two rooms; one was ready on arrival, while the second was delayed. The staff promised to bring the key once it was ready, but despite calling twice, no one came, so I had to collect it from the lobby myself. The room service food was not tasty and was poor value for the price. The hotel is also in a very crowded area with heavy traffic, making it inconvenient to reach by taxi. Overall, the service did not meet the standards expected.
