I had to ask for hot water in the shower

Pretty good locations, a lot of mall and restaurants around. Grabs arrive easily there. The breakfast was amazing and we enjoyed our staying so much that we went back 3 days laters. it can't be a bit far from "more famous areas", so grabs and taxis can be more expensive. A block away there is a street with a lot of "bars" and "massages" places, so keep in mind if you have kids around.

It was well kept and the bed was amazing! I had a room facing the street which was a little noisy when a scooter went by.

I was genuinely excited to stay at Thee Hotel Bangkok. I’m a loyal Marriott Bonvoy Titanium member, and despite having a Marriott directly across the street, I decided to try this boutique hotel because it looked charming. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I expected. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined my stay. I originally booked eight nights but checked out after my third night because of how I was treated. During breakfast, I made a simple request to have my eggs fully cooked instead of sunny-side up. I wasn’t asking for anything extra—just for the yolks to be cooked or for scrambled eggs instead. The staff repeatedly refused, even though scrambled eggs are offered on their regular breakfast menu, and argued with me that it was a “set menu.” It wasn’t about the eggs—it was about the complete lack of hospitality. When I spoke with the manager, he simply repeated the same thing instead of trying to resolve the issue. I’ve visited Thailand more than 26 times, and one of the reasons I keep coming back is the incredible hospitality. Sadly, this was one of the coldest and least welcoming experiences I’ve had here. The overnight receptionist who checked me in was wonderful, but the daytime front desk staff and manager made me feel like I was an inconvenience rather than a guest. I ended up checking out early and moving to the Marriott across the street. As someone who owns a travel agency and regularly recommends hotels in Thailand, this is one property I will not be recommending. The hotel itself has potential. Anyway Bangkok is amazing city where breakfast can be taken in many good shops . The stuff super excellent ? and location great community

Amazing staff

Saw a cockroach in the toilet and the staffs were very rude and unhelpful

Staff was very helpful, it was a clean and great location close to a bunch of restaurants and bars also markets and shopping!!! On the last day the were doing construction in lobby but luckily it was our last night

I got one dead and live cockroaches in the room

The room without a window was just fine. It was very well designed and did not feel claustrophobic. Very comfortable beds, and quiet. We slept very well. Close to all of the major shopping malls by foot. The wifi kept disconnecting. Because I read this was a regular issue here, we asked for a different wifi and they had one handy, it seems they are aware of the problem and kind of let the customers complain , then give a solution. Strange.

Clean comfort and location Ac was bit on my head. And corridors bit need to be smell clean

Couldn’t get WiFi in room, but was no problem in lobby. Breakfast choice could be wider.

Location was good, its about 1.5 blocks from the main street, right between Terminal 21 and Emsphere… very convenient. WiFi speeeds were great. I sleep with ear plugs, it blocked out the small bit of noise from ac n traffic (was manageable). I got the room without window, i feel like after a few nights it started to smell a bit (room needed more airflow)

Magnificent bed, Great breakfast, good location, free beer. And a very sweet and helpful staff. -
