S30 Sukhumvit Hotel

nothing, as much as i try to be nice... can't find something good to say from the begining, hotel have no entrance, was a shared building staf ask for passport not even said good morning, requested deposit in cash (the booking was paid in full online) I requested the room to be reviewed for cleaning because I was coming from a surgery, sheets were dirty, with (stained yellow folding marks) room paint was bad, places in wall not painted, humidity all near baseboard, closet shelf broken, bathroom with piping outside the walls, not clean (obviously not sanitized), the list can go, on and on, this is not only to request a refund, booking.com should never list a place like this. obviously any of my request and complains fall in the forgoten bag.

It's a budget accommodation option, that's all. The room I got, the fridge had to be replaced as it didn't work. It was hard to find the entry to the property as well. It's half a kilometre from the nearest BTS station. Not many eateries around so food is a bit of a problem.

Worth the price paid. Nothing as the price was excellent.

Cheap. I stayed in women dormitory room with 8beds. The room wasn’t clean. They provided storage box but no locker and no key. The room door doesn’t lock. It’s always open all day and night. Sometimes you can see the light from the corridor if someone doesn’t shut the door well. Dressing corner is full of stuffs and dirty. Toilet, bathroom are not clean. The location is not good at night. It’s pretty close to the main road but you have to walk in the dark through the alley toward to the cafe and the staff will lead you to another building. Which is not V30. The name is totally different. Staffs are not so good but not that bad. Anyway, they are not smiley.

Walking distance from BTS station. Staff very rude, room very old and dirty, no car park, dead end street...

Nothing. It wasn’t the hostel it says on the app. They took me by foot to a near hostel called “Owl’s Nest”, which was horrible. The bed was dirty and the room had no lockers or either a door that can be fully closed. The toilet was clogged and so dirty. Totally over priced for the stay you get. If you look for a terrible place just to crash the night maybe its for you

I booked the hotel through Booking.com for the V30 Hotel. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the dormitory were not available at this hotel. They then transferred me to a nearby hotel called Owl’s Nest Hotel, which is close to the V30 Hotel.so I don’t know nothing about V30

It's a budget-friendly place and ideal location. The room that I stayed in was not very clean. I'm not sure how they wash their sheets, but I could smell leftover odor from the previous guests on my pillows, towels, and blanket. The room was not very ideal if you're looking for comfort.

We stayed in a private room and while the room was fine, the bathroom was not too good. The faucet was loose and would sporadically spurt out water while open. It was also a strange shower with a mirror inside which made me uncomfortable? Also the hot water didn’t work

Food is delicious that's all Our experience was disappointing. The room was dirty, the bedsheets smelled bad, and it was very noisy, especially in the morning. By 7 AM, there were already people changing rooms nearby. Our room was next to the storage and stock room, so it was extremely loud. The bathroom ceiling was damaged and had a hole, which let in light from above. There were many cockroaches, and the room was very dusty. But the food is delicious.

A very low price for a private room with a private attached bathroom. The staff did a good job of making things as nice as possible for the guest. Extremely basic room, but definitely worth the low price. It is an extremely modest, basic room.

Location was the only thing thats good. Staff are unpleasant, there’s a huge rat running around the 2nd floor, eater heater is broken and completely not working.

Location is fantastic. Odessa is really accommodating. We always had to ask for the complimentary water and coffee and our room wasn’t cleaned even once during our 3 night stay.

What you see is not what you get, fake room pictures plus strong sewer stench made it hard to breath inside our room 03 due to wrong plumbing and dirty room, we would not recommend it despite the good location, we paid 1470 baht for 2 nights and we regretted it.

The location is very good . However, the soundproofing is poor and the staff is good Sound insulation

The bed was comfortable The dorm was dirty, hair everywhere. The staff looked confused and were not very helpful. I booked S30 on booking, only to get there and be informed I was to go to their sister hostel, owls nest. The misinformation on the hotels' part and booking was unwelcome. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
