Location There was bad smell from toilet since we arrive but they change the room and its better

Whenever assistance was needed, they responded immediately. Everyone was welcoming and always had a smile on their face. I consider the excellent staff and service to be one of the hotel’s greatest strengths. I would sincerely like to thank every member of the team without exception — they were truly outstanding. * Cleanliness: The hotel, rooms, corridors, and facilities were very clean and well maintained. The pleasant and fresh scent throughout the hotel was also noticeable and appreciated. * Bathrooms: The quality and type of toilets used in the bathrooms were good and comfortable. * Gym: There is a small gym equipped with basic exercise equipment, which is convenient for a simple workout. * Spa: The hotel has a clean and pleasant spa offering a variety of services. * Design: The hotel features a modern and stylish design. * Quiet Atmosphere: The hotel is generally quiet, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment for guests. * Security: Security personnel are present at the hotel’s entrances and exits, which provides an additional sense of safety. * Tuk-Tuk Service: The hotel provides a complimentary tuk-tuk service every hour to Nana BTS Station, which is a very convenient and useful service. * No Bidet Spray: There is no bidet spray in most of the bathrooms, except in rooms located on the second and third floors. This is an important consideration for many guests, particularly Arab and Muslim families. * Small Rooms: The rooms are relatively small and may feel cramped, especially for guests with several pieces of luggage or those staying for an extended period. * No Wardrobes: There are no proper wardrobes in the rooms. In my opinion, this is the biggest drawback of the hotel, particularly for guests staying for a longer period. * Surrounding Area: There are several bars and nightclubs along the route between the hotel and Arab Street, which may not be suitable or comfortable for some families. * Swimming Pool: The swimming pool is not really suitable for proper swimming. It is small and located in the hotel’s outdoor courtyard, directly next to the restaurant, which provides very little privacy. In my opinion, the location and size of the pool make it more suitable for relaxing than for actual swimming. * Cannabis Shop Nearby: There is a cannabis shop immediately outside the hotel, and a strong and unpleasant smell can sometimes be noticed when entering or leaving the hotel. * Small Lobby: The hotel lobby and reception area are relatively small and can feel crowded, particularly during busy periods.

Location & Noodle soup station for breakfast The toilet/bidet was not functioning properly. Would try to close while on it and did not spray. They sent someone twice to have a look, and we still couldn’t get it to work after “the lesson”. We didn’t have any issues operating Japanese toilets our last two weeks. ?‍♀️

Very good location Front desk staff is very rude.

Nothing was great

The staff was so kind and always helpful. Special thanks to Art and Beam for constantly going over and beyond with help. The facility was tops and the breakfast was always great. The staff member making eggs was always perfect. Glad we could make the staff laugh too. Great memories were made. There was nothing to add here.

Great location easy to access Rooms where clean staff were great service was brilliant

we stayed for 2 nights and eveyrthing was very comfy...the check in process, the rooms and even the veg breakfast The automatic toilets which took us a while to understand

Everything Nothing

Think this is my 6th time staying there, always my go to hotel when I'm in Bangkok. Main reasons I like this hotel: - Very comfortable bed and linen. - Japanese Toilet. - Friendly and Helpful Staff. - Location. Modify shower and toilet doors, it's easy to figure out that the door operate inward. However, I can see where a guest could damage the glass doors pulling it outward. I do love the Japanese toilets, but this is the second time that the controller battery power level was low where you actually had to place the controller closer to the sensor for it to work. Just thinking outta the box and thought it would be nice to have a free luggage weight scale station at the check-in/out counter or outside bellhop area.

This hotel is by far the best one I've stayed at and I will continue to stay there. Location

I stay there frequently but this time I was disappointed The cleaner did not clean the room properly and the bathtub was left dirty and no replacement gowns or slippers were given on my second day I paid for a premium room too

Lovely modern decor in comfortable room and common spaces. Breakfast had many options and quite good. Central location but is near a party street but noise pollution not bad. Pool on ground floor so did not use it too much. Nice gym but pretty basic. No big complaints really.
