Despite had alot of empty room in the property we were not given early check in. I booked 6 rooms for my family, requested to give atleast 1 or 2 room for early check in. But the staff was reluctant. They could have been more accommodating

Room was good enough for me, except for the hot and bath shower. it was too warm. Staff members are friendly, I would like to commend servers Pu and Bank. As well as the F and B Manager for making a new burger for me. It was supposed to be reheated tho, he made a new one. Location is just perfect for me. I will be back.

The staff are very kind and helpfull Whoever designed the room measured the exact size that would make someone uncomfortable and added 1 cm. the bathroom is super small and tightly fit and the shower is a weird corner angle that lets water all over the bathroom. the mattress sits on a slab of wood and slides around. the pillows flattens to paper as soon as you lay on it. there is 1 outlet in the most inconvenient place close to the window. The fridge was filled with beer so could barely fit my drinks inside. Whoever designed these rooms did not intend for them to be functional. Big discrepancy between price and value

looks like old, bad smell, I booked with breakfast and once I reached to the hotel, they said that I didn’t book with breakfast. This is very bad , they said, that i have to check with bookings.?

The staff were not accommodating at all. I booked two rooms for 5 guests—3 adults and 2 kids—but they did not provide a room that could fit 2 adults and the children. The staff were rude, and for one of the rooms I booked, they placed us in twin beds instead. Breakfast did not have many good continental options. The bathrooms were very small, and we were given torn towels to use.
