There was a lot of congestion around the lobby, people milling around, no peace and quiet I did not like the area at all, very congested hard to access the lobby

The location is convenient, but unfortunately that’s the only positive aspect of this hotel. This hotel was one of the most disappointing places I’ve stayed. The rooms look nothing like the photos advertised on Booking.com. The listing is extremely misleading, and the pictures appear to be from many years ago. In reality, the rooms are old, worn out, and poorly maintained. Cleanliness was unacceptable. I found hair on the floor upon arrival and recorded videos as evidence. The room did not appear to have been cleaned properly before check-in. For the price charged, this is completely unacceptable. This hotel feels like a bait-and-switch. The photos on the listing bear little resemblance to the actual rooms. Everything looks old, dated, and poorly maintained. The room was dirty on arrival, with hair visible on the floor, and I have video evidence. It is shocking that a property in this condition is marketed this way. I chose this hotel based on the listing and felt completely misled. I regret booking here and would not recommend it to anyone. Overall, the property feels neglected and nowhere near the standard presented online. I would strongly advise future guests to lower their expectations or book elsewhere if cleanliness and accurate listings matter to them.
