* This was my 9th stay at Eleven Hotel, and I appreciate the friendly and welcoming staff. * The front desk team were especially helpful, polite, and professional. * I appreciate that the larger duvet was provided on the second day. * Unfortunately, I feel that the overall service has been getting worse over time. * As a 9th-time returning guest, I was disappointed that my early check-in request was not accommodated. I had requested early check-in during the booking and was informed that it would depend on availability and that an additional charge would apply. I was fully prepared to pay the charge. * However, upon arrival, I saw another guest being given a room immediately with a charge for early check-in, while my request was not accommodated. As a loyal repeat guest, this was disappointing. * The room had an extra-large bed, but a single-bed duvet was initially placed on it. Although I did not request a change, the hotel replaced it with a larger duvet on the second day. I hope the hotel can improve service consistency, especially for loyal returning guests.

Location is good We stayed 12 days but still cleaning was not done properly because bathroom smelled bad every day and after complain also it didn't help and only on last 2 days it was cleaned well. No smart tv and also shower gel didn't work. Construction noise next door.

Location Construction is going beside the hotel, noise all day. Breakfast buffet is mostly Asian food, only thing to eat was eggs and salad

this hotel is in a great place, easy to use the train to get around. very friendly and helpful staff. no1 the carpet in the hall ways in front on the rooms is tired no2 the fridge in the room a wine fridge is the wrong choice to get a cold drink in your room. it dose not make ice. i checked and asked did all rooms have a wine fridge have this type of fridge. wrong choice. we are checking the type of fridge in the other hotels in Sol 11 for you next stay in August 26 so if you can live without a cold drink in your room this might be a good choice. remember it is Bangkok and hot outside

Location is great. Excellent Soi and close to BTS station. I have stayed at this hotel several times before. I like it, and the experience is consistent Nothing disliked. It is not a 5-star hotel - and I didn't expect or want it to be!!

Close to bars and restaurants, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, clean rooms 400BHT taxi ride to Koh San Road around the same from the airport Some tea, coffee, sugar milk etc would have been a nice extra in the room after a long flight

The Breakfast needs a huge improvement , the breads / Waffles used were stale . The Toaster was not working for all the 4 days we were there. There was nor reaction from the staff . They heard us and the next day everything was the same.

Facilities and swimming pool looked good, breakfast at roof top was nice, location close to Nana metro station was convenient, There is nothing I didn’t like but things can be done better. Swimming pool cleanliness and filtration system should run as there were lots of particles in the water. For the breakfast, it is appreciated if halal food can be added and labeled.
