Centre Point Plus Hotel Silom

Bedsheets are not clean. Towel s are very old The floors seems sticky.

Clean , staff and convenient and near to shopping mall. The only thing please look into towel and bed quality. Others- Superb?? Neat and tidy

A minor thing, however important - hotel barber isn't very professional....

The staff was courteous. My main dissatisfaction was about the floor we were assigned to. I booked the advertised "high floor, river view" room at a higher price way in advanced. One month later we received a disclaimer from Centre Point Plus, saying that they would try to meet our expectation but could not guarantee. As it turned out, we were assigned a room on the 12 floor which pretty much gave us a lousy view of nearby rooftops accompanied by loud traffic noise at night. As a side note, there were only two elevators for this 27-floor hotel, hugely inadequate.

Huge unit. Two separate bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and two bathrooms, each one with a shower, bathtub, and toilet, plus a third separate toilet. Excellent location, a 3 minute walk from the train station and the river. The AC is very noisy.

The maintenance of the room, had many issues with water flow, noisy air conditioner, misty washing machine, issues open the door

Very good location in Silom ! Better than expected, very comfortable beds, in our family room, including a kitchen ! Breakfast very good and tasty ! And staff always smiling, very polite and helpful !

This was a very nice hotel in a perfect location. The views were excellent. The bed needed to be a little softer for me but still a good rest. Also with a hotel this size, more than 2 elevators are needed especially during Breakfast and check out.

Location was great, many shops, massage parlors, food directly outside the hotel. Hotel is connected to a mall which is convenient. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast variety was great, gym was great, game room and kids club were both great. Common/public areas were nice - lobby, gym, restaurant, etc. Our room #901 had hundreds of ants from the moment we entered. They were coming from.the corners in the floor boards. I cleaned it up myself and they returned each day in different spots. We weren't eating in the room to avoid more ants from coming but they still did; I mean hundreds.of ants. The floor could've been cleaner, after walking around barefoot in the bedroom, I felt like I wanted to put slippers on. The towels were heavily used, clearly old, and some blotchy spots before we used them. The room itself was not as clean as it should've been. There was a huge, dried, old booger on the door that is directly in your face when sitting on the toilet. There was a ball of blonde hair near the bedroom closet from a previous guest. There were visible signs of wear and tear around all the AC vents, tub, sinks, washing machine, kitchen sink. Poor patchwork around the crown moulding in every room, like the person who did the repairs was not experienced. Just not what I expected from a 4 star hotel.....I would personally rate this hotel a 3 star. The ants and lack of room cleanliness was a disappointment.

The breakfast is great. The staff is great especially the housekeeping and the breakfast employees. Location is nice with a door straight into the mall and walking 2 minutes to BTS station. The size of the room is huge! The balcony so you can feel the vibe from Bangkok. The gym looks nice but for taller people some equipment is useless.

The bath tub should be white not the Yellow It is not clean. Poor washing machine. Clothes is not dried at all.

There was some confusion and we had one bed for me and two children but it was a gigantic bed
