Modern hotel , modern rooms & bath but no coffee machine with this luxury room and price we paid. None of the staff smiled or were helpful at all, except for one person who carried the luggage. They immediately demanded money for everything I wanted. I had to pay for everything, unlike other hotels, especially in Thailand and Bangkok specifically. For the room price and the supposed luxury, there was no coffee machine, even though even 4-star hotels now have them, and they're quite affordable. The tea-making table was huge and empty because there was no coffee machine. I think adding one would make it look much nicer. I asked for an extra bed, but they asked me to pay around 1700 Thai baht for my 6-year-old child, unlike other hotels where they provide them for free. I asked for at least a slightly late check-out, but they didn't grant it, even though I booked 7 rooms for 6 nights. There was absolutely no smile or welcome from the reception staff. I felt unwelcome there, unlike in all the other hotels I've visited around the world. That's why I cancelled my reservation after a two-night stay and moved to a nearby hotel.

Very clean and comfy bed. Lovely pool, gym, sauna facilities. Roof top bar was an amazing view too. Very disappointed that they couldn't provide interconnecting rooms as requested when we had children in our group. The first night I slept with my young teen son instead of my husband as I wasn't comfortable with son being alone all night after a late check-in and no time to establish comfort in security and surrounds of the hotel before bedtime. They did provide interconnecting rooms the following day, but it meant we needed to move both rooms and to another floor. Given our stay was only 3 nights this was quite disruptive. Breakfast too expensive so we didn't try it.

The room is big and modern.. The cleaning service also did good job.. My room was cleaned properly. The bed is also comfy. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is in very busy area. You will always see traffic jam in front of the hotel and it's quite far from BTS. It takes almost 10 minutes to get to BTS. Due to this situation, grab bike is very good option to get places in Bangkok. If you took taxi, it will be long stuck in traffic jam.

Had a wonderful stay at Carlton Hotel Bangkok. The hotel is in an excellent location, making it very convenient to get around and explore the city. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. It was also very child-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable as a family. The breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. Overall, a fantastic experience. None
