فندق يصلح للعوائل ونظيف وأسعاره جيده مقارنه بالباقين .. خدماته ممتازه والمناظر جميلة خاصة للغرف المطله على المسبح لانه ما فيه بنايات تحجب المنظر والجيم ممتاز وفيه سونا وكثير من المطاعم والبقالات حول الفندق وعندهم خدمة التوصيل المجاني لمحطة المترو وبعض المولات القريبة مثل one Bangkok و Central Park الفندق بعيد عن محطة المترو تقريباً عشر دقايق مشي على الأقدام صعب إذا معاك عائلة لانه فيه عبور شوارع وركوب جسر المشاه .. الشوارع دايماً مزدحمه امام الفندق وتاخذ 30 دقيقة لمشوار 3 كيلو الى مول Siam paragon .. لوبي الفندق صغير ودائماً مزدحم

السعر مقارنه بفنادق أخرى ف نفس الفتره كان مغري الإقامة في غرفة وصاله، يوجد مطبخ بادواته وغساله ملابس، فندق نظيف والأثاث جديد، ويوجد شطاف ف دورة المياه. الإطلالة جميله من الطابق 32 يوجد 7/11 قريب من الفندق. نوعا ما بعيد عن المولات والمطاعم لكن لم نجده تحدي ب grab و bolt

The rooms are quite spacious and it has all the necessary things including a washing machine The bed size even though is king it’s relatively small compared to 200 x 200 sized king beds in most hotels of this standard

We booked transportation from airport to the hotel from the hotel website but unfortunately the hotel didn’t send any car. Even after arriving 30 minutes late to the hotel due to the transportation issue, the room was jot ready and we had to wait. We found stains on the cabinet in the master bedroom and even fake lashes stuck to the door of the cabinet.

There is no variety in restaurants.

Excellent hotel in a great location in the center of the city, big room with a comfy bed, we had a really pleasant stay. Breakfast is good but can have more variaty

The great place, not far from city center, nice welcome, all the staff ( vine glass, coffee, umbrella) was in the room. Non smoking at all, a bit far smoking room that was sometimes flooded after rain.

The amazing service and every aspect of my stay

Nothing This property should not be rated as a 5-star hotel. The main issue: there is only enough hot water for approximately 5 minutes per shower. After that, there is no hot water at all. This is completely unacceptable at any level, and especially shocking for a hotel presented as 5-star. When I reported the issue, the “solution” offered was to move to another room with a slightly larger boiler, which would provide around 7 minutes of hot water instead of 5. This is not a real solution — it just confirms the problem exists across rooms. To make matters worse: I booked TWO rooms, but they only offered to upgrade one The issue itself was never actually resolved The response came very late at night (around 23:45), which is also not appropriate This is not a minor inconvenience — it’s a basic service failure. Very disappointing experience, and definitely not what you expect from a property marketed at this level. I would not stay here again.

The facilities were all phenomenal. Loved the pool and the view. Was a very relaxed stay. The staff were all tremendous, very polite and helpful. No dislikes . Enjoyed everything.

Breakfast could be better

This was our first time in Bangkok, and we stayed in a one-bedroom apartment for 10 days. Although the hotel initially gave us a room with a different view than we had booked, we were happy with it because it was on a higher floor with a beautiful city view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has a pool, but we didn’t use it because the water was cold and there was no direct sunlight. One of the highlights was their free shuttle service, which made it easy to get to Icon Siam, nearby shopping malls, and the nearest BTS Skytrain station. The apartment itself was very spacious. With a kitchen and dining area, it was convenient to cook meals for our kids, which made our stay even more comfortable. It would be nicer if pool water were warmer so we could enjoy swimming.

We had already stayed here at the beginning of our Thailand trip and booked it again for our last night in Bangkok. The hotel is stylish, with very comfortable rooms and a great pool area (with an incredible view). We had our best sleep of the trip in this hotel. Service is also great, with impeccably clean rooms and other amenities.

Everything. Staff, breakfast and room were superb!

My room was spacious and very clean. Staff was awesome and went way over their duties to help. Breakfast was also great with variety of food to taste for everyone. It wasn't much to dislike. The only thing I thought it could be better was the bathroom light intensity. It could be brighter. I mentioned this to the staff and they acknowledged. Apparently someone else must have mentioned it to them.
