Gorgeous bathroom with views. Great high rise balcony views. Good TV. Hard to fault. Coffee pod machine didn’t work. Pool surrounds were crowded so hard to nab a day bed. Feels a bit far from transport although mini bus to emquartier handy. We are just used to walking everywhere.

Great place to stay in Bangkok! The pool area was nice, the tuk-tuk to the mall and return was great, and the apartment had everything I needed. For sure, I will stay at this place whenever I return to Bangkok. I highly recommend it!

Trully 5 star service. From front desk to the pool service! Shuttle is a huge advantage if U wanna go with BTS Pool is honestly a bit colder, on the other hand it avoids people to swim there, so more space for the adventurers:))

The breakfast menu was poor and so was service at breakfast. Staff at service area not proficient in English which made communication difficult.

The hotell was amazing, from the lobby to the room, to the pool and outdoor area. The bed was really comfy and had a nice view over the city. The balcony was also nice but we did not use it much as the hotell at a very nice pool area on the 27th floor. The hotell had a shuttle bus to and from the shopping mall "EmQuartier" which is a high end shopping mall with a lot of designer stores. There was also a lot of good resturants in the nearby area, a bit expensive for the locals but for foreigners it's still very affordable. There was not anything i didn't like about the hotell, it was a proper 5 Star hotell that lived up to everything about it from the pictures on booking.com. However the only small complaint i have is that the top pool on floor 31 is only for suiets and could be written more clearly. It's not a big deal as the pool on the 27th floor is also extremely nice.
