The location of it is nice since it is not far away from the train station. The staff were really helpful and told us about many places we can go to and helped us with exchanging money as well and they made our first day in the city easy. If you want to get a room service you should inform them about it and hand them the keys so it is not an automatic process

I booked a room for 3 people, it was so small, we barely had space for our luggage. The shower was also really tiny. God forbid a girl has some weight ?. They wouldn’t even clean the room, just dropped new towels until we had to specifically ask for the run to be cleaned and with that it wasn’t the best job.

clean & decent ? Far from shopping areas considering the traffic - location is okay train was fairly near but the roads are currently being fixed so i don’t really want to walk around but all in all the stay was comfortable

it’s clean soundproofing has to be improved. Woke up around dawn because of the noise from one of the rooms

The Amanah staff were great and accommodating, special shout out to Muky who was always willing to answer our different questions and concerns. The train station is a 10 minute walk away which is good, but it does get hot so keep that in mind if you're going to walk. They clean our room daily and give us new towels and water every time. Has an elevator, and a luggage holding area so there's not hassle when bringing big bags. The room is good especially for its price. There's construction ongoing on the main road near the hotel so it does get a bit traffic right outside. The bed is a bit stiff but not unbearable. Walls can be quite thin especially in the hallway so when there are kids shouting in the hall, you can hear it in your room. Our room didn't have a second safety lock, the shower is a bit small and sometimes the shower drain stops working. Honestly, small annoyances but over-all a good stay.

Nothing I liked! Everything is very very bad. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. The hotel rooms are disgusting, they smell like moldy cheese, and the cleanliness is terrible. The photos have nothing to do with reality. The service is awful, and the staff are liars. The location is also terrible — hidden in a back street, far from everywhere. When I arrived, no one informed me that smoking on the balcony was not allowed. They knew I smoked there on the first day but didn’t warn me at all. Instead, they waited until the last day just to charge me a fine. Even though I explained that they never warned me, they threatened to call the police. And on top of that, they claimed they were giving me a discount — what a scam!

They gave us 2 free waterbottles when we entered DO NOT GO HERE!! When we arrived we had realized that we booked the hotel for 1 month later than the date we arrived and the staff said that they couldn't do anything about it and that if we wanted to change the dates we would have to send an email to customer service which would take up to 3 days!! So they told us to just book a room for the night and deal with it later. But I sent a request through booking.com to change the dates and they said that would take a couple days to get accepted, but then I asked them what email they had on their computer and it was the customer service email!! So I made them accept the request which took them 30 seconds. So once we finally got to the room at 1am we found that it wasn't properly cleaned and my friend had some weird stains on his sheets.. My bed seemed to be clean enough but I did find 1 stain. There were 2 complementary water bottles in the room and that was probably the only good thing about it. Also during our 4 nights room cleaning didn't come once which was supposed to be included according to the description And to add ontop of all this the hotel is in a horrible location very badly connected to public transit and nestled in a small alleyway. And for the price you can definitely find something a lot better in Bangkok

Great staff and comfortable rooms! Work out room had two air conditioners that they told us were not working… it was very hot in there!

Recently, my friend, my girlfriend, and I stayed at this hotel while travelling from Brazil for work, and we had an amazing experience! The staff were exceptionally good and hospitable, always ready to help with a smile. My girlfriend, who is Thai, was also very well received, which made us all feel very comfortable and satisfied. The hotel is impeccably clean, with wonderful spaces. The neighbourhood is peaceful and safe, ideal for those seeking tranquillity and comfort. Additionally, there is a Seven Eleven nearby, which made everything even more convenient. Everything was perfect, and I am very excited to return in January. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay. Everything was great. One of the best weeks of my life.

Our stay is amazing. The staff were fine, the room is spacious, and it's near the MRT. It's a bit far from the city center but it's fine.
