excellent hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is helpful and nice, the attached restaurant is great. a lot of attractions are a fairly short walk away, and everything is easily accessible via Grab. breakfast is good but not great. still, not a big deal.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff and a nice restaurant attached. The location is great for anyone visiting the UN. I thought the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it offered.

However, it is quite far from the BTS and train system, so you need to take a taxi or boat to reach the modern part of the city. The temples were about 1-2 km away. For breakfast, I only eat tropical fruit. There was also no cheese and very limited bakery choices.

Staff was very friendly. Rooms very nice and clean, free water bottle everyday. Something extra everyday such as cooking class and movie night. Also, hotel was happy to help reschedule for free when needed, even without the usually necessary insurance booked prior. Wifi sometimes a bit spotty, but not a real problem. Bed is pretty hard, however, that may just be personal preference.

The housekeeper from Myanmar was exceptionally charming and helpful. Every day she had a smile and a great attitude and was very friendly She has been great all three times I’ve stayed at this property. Need more lounge chairs in the water area next to the pool. Only had 5 and need about three more
