In my opinion, this hotel does not deserve a 4-star rating. The cleanliness was very disappointing. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, some of the bathroom fixtures were broken, and there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom throughout our stay. The carpets also looked very old and dirty, both inside the room and in the elevator foyer, which made the overall hotel feel poorly maintained. The towels also didn’t meet the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel. They looked old and were no longer bright white. I think this hotel is in need of a complete renovation. I wouldn’t consider staying here again until it has been renovated. If cleanliness is important to you, I would recommend choosing a different hotel.

The only positive aspect of my stay was the location. The hotel is next to a lively mall with plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options, making it very convenient This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. After arriving around 8:50 PM following a long flight, I was told to wait about 30 minutes because my room was not ready. When I finally checked in, the room was not the category I had booked through the hotel's website. The next morning, I discovered my bags were covered with bugs and insects coming from the room. I documented everything with photos and videos and reported it to the hotel manager who reacted so negatively on my concern . Instead of acknowledging the seriousness of the issue, he explained that it was "natural" because of the carpets and furniture. For a five-star hotel, I found this response unacceptable and disappointing. The poor room condition, the delayed check-in, and the management's handling of a serious cleanliness issue made this one of the worst hotel stays I have experienced. Unfortunately, I would not consider staying here again.

Have stayed here many times, but maybe the last. They continue to give 2 single beds when I had requested 1 large. Pushing 2 singles together is not acceptable.
