Room was decent. The bathroom fan was not working and it was hard to keep water from escaping the shower curtain which made that area of the room tricky to navigate. Overall a fine experience. We really appreciated the ice and water machine and the closeness to activities and restaurants.

Clean place which to me is important. This is an older hotel. There was alot of noise at night from people in the hallway and doors slamming. We had what sounded like a large group coming back to their rooms around 3am making so much noise. Doors are thin so you heard everything. This isn't the hotels fault but it was annoying. I wish the hotel had a little coffee shop. I will say it was conveniently located near alot of stuff. We walked mostly everywhere. I'd stay here again for the price!

It was reasonably clean, good location, but that's about it. You get what you pay for.

Very good

Closest to the water port or dock. The balcony door was in bad shape, hard open, worn out almost broken.

The hotel is located in a great spot in the inner harbor area and had a beautiful view on the water. Friendly staff. Decent happy hour. Parking garage is also conveniently located next to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again!

For 2 nights in Baltimore, this place will suffice for what you need. It is in the heart of the harbor, so everything is within walking distance. The rooms were clean, and the staff was friendly and personal, though we didn't need much. The huge bonus is the parking lot!

No place to plug in and charge my phone. The balcony had a nice view of the a/c units. I feel like I was catfished when comparing website photos with actual stay.

My son & I stayed here for one night, we were in town to see a baseball game. Hotel is in a great location, our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Angel, the manager, was so friendly and welcoming! Would definitely stay here again and recommend it.

Great location in the Inner Harbor. Large room, super comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, great shower. Minor quibble - Wish they would have volunteered the WiFi login when we checked in. By the time we realized we didn’t have it, it was too late to bother.

Very nice hotel but you do have to pay for parking, it is for 24 hours so that was nice to explore downtown. Also breakfast was very good but expensive as well.

The facility was clean, but this beautiful hotel needs a facelift! A good facelift. It looks very old and outdated which made it seem dirty, which is unfortunate. It is located in a most beautiful area and houses two very nice restaurants. I really didn't interact with the staff that much, so I can't really speak on that too deeply. I did not like that there were not any DO NOT DISTURB signs. I did ask the night guy about it and asked him my room not be cleaned, to which he replied he would handle it. They came and cleaned anyway, and didn't even leave tissue paper, which I had to ask the night guy for that same night I asked housekeeping not to clean especially because I asked them not to clean, and he had to look very hard to find tissue paper. It looked like he might have borrowed a roll from somewhere. Not a big deal, but it kind of is at the same time. We ended up having to use Kleenex the last morning we were there. Also, the hallways, and elevators were VERY HOT. Would I stay there again-maybe. I now know what other options I have.

The room was very clean and the staff was very nice, I never got breakfast lol too tired I was there to see bts I also never used the balcony since I wasn’t there that much but overall had a great experience!!!

Missing staff upon arrival, strange odor in lobby, needs updating, poor breakfast presentation or selection. We had to eat breakfast in another location.

I reserved a room 4 months before my arriving and got there 2pm however they gave me a room with terrible view with dusty air-conditioning unites. I choose this hotel for the location and view over the port but didnt work.
